The villa is ideally situated with unhindered sea-view from double terrace, swimming pool, garden, fully equipped kitchen, living-, dining room, TV, free Wifi, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with airco and a garage. The total surface is 1.400 m². The double terrace permits dining and wining protected from sun and occasional rain. Because of the orientation of the villa it is always possible to find shadow, sun or a refreshing breeze. There is a large garage with enough storing space. The renovated kitchen is equipped with electric fire/oven, fridge, micro-wave, coffee machine, toaster, dish washer. Washing machine in the garage. In the living there is a television with cable distribution. Internet connection on request. Open fire place (useless in the summer ... ) Watering of the garden and cleaning of the pool is controled by timers. A gardener does the lawn (if it is not too hot). Antonio controlls regularly the quality of the water in the swiming pool. A local organisation takes care of the cleaning and technical maintenance of the house. The two white sandy beaches are cleaned daily.

Conditions
The property is completely surrounded by a high fence. With the gate locked it is impossible for children to get out. The pool does have a shallow end but children should be supervised. There is a restaurant, butchers, internet café, shops and coffee bar across the street, On the beaches there are snackbars and two eating places the end of the large beach. Other restaurants at walking distances and of course in and around town.

Gary Robertson 11/8/8: Thank you for the use of your house - we were blown away by how fabulous it is in the flesh. We all had a great time and it really is idyllic with a location that is simply wonderful. The pool was superb and a real bonus for our kids who spent many happy playful hours in it. The spaces around the house were super to sit out in - especially the rear terrace where we ate most times under the stars. The whole accommodation was excellent and from your descriptions prior to our trip extremely accurate too. The kitchen and other rooms were well appointed and very clean and tidy.
Many thanks again - this has been our best ever location in Spain and one that we would revisit at some time and recommend and renting next year and beyond.
Ken Williamson, 26/5/08: My mother and I had a really relaxing holiday at your villa. The position is superb, overlooking the sea and new promenade. As my mother is in her seventies we didn't go out at night so am unable to comment on the new bars in the area. I was quite happy sitting on the terrace with a few beers on an evening watching the sun go down! It was very quiet in the area on an evening, though I did notice that the Surf bar just along from your neighbours restaurant was open till around midnight. It also was popular during the day for meals and snacks. Of course once the holiday season gets underway it will probably liven up. As regards restaurants we mainly ate in the Playa Flamenca commercial which caters well for the English abroad as no doubt you have discovered! However once you get away from the coastal commercial centres and venture inland a short distance we came across some good local bars that served very good tapas. The pool was great, I swim most days at home so a decent pool is always a must when we look for a holiday villa and yours didn't disappoint. The water temperature was 25 degrees most days. As I said earlier we both had a relaxing holiday and the week went by all too quickly. My mother really enjoyed staying in your villa so who knows - we may return for another holiday if you haven't sold it!

Emma Coyte, UK, 18/7/07: This luxury, very private villa it is large inside, with a magnificent pool, overlooking the promenade out to the sea. The large shrubs that surround the garden ensure the privacy of the pool and the villa. The outside barbecue area, seating and veranda ensure that you can relax in a stress free environment and concentrate on having fun and unwinding. We couldn’t be in a more ideal location, with the supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away, an array of restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs 10 minutes away, but the tranquillity and peace here in the villa. The pool and garden make this villa a true luxury. The beaches either side are well catered for, clean and sandy. The week, sadly, went by all to quickly.
