Our new luxury apartment is situated in an exclusive 5 star development. It has a fantastic view to the Mediterranean sea from a comfortably furnished roofed terrace. It is furnished throughout to exceptionally high standard, has marble floors all over, with air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, underground parking, 24 hour security and lifts to all floors.
Accommodation comprises: fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom, one twin room, plus double bed sofa in lounge. Full bathroom with shower. The apartment is set in beautiful grounds with two pools and luxurious gardens. Conveniently placed for airports: Alicante 40 minutes, Murcia 20 minutes.
There are two beaches nearby: one, by Nautilus bar, with newly built promenade, is only 100 meters from our property. The other one, Punta Prima beach, is about 200 meters away. There are two restaurants on the beach (Nautilus and Punta Prima). At the restaurant Punta Prima, there is entertainment every week-end. The property is about 400 meters from shops and restaurants, making the location perfect for your holiday needs.
There are 3 quality golf courses within a 10 to 15 minutes drive from the apartment, making it ideal for the golfing holiday any time of the year.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca offers one of the best and most extensive ranges of tourist amenities in Spain: excellent climate, blue flag beaches, championship golf courses and cultural richness. The Costa Blanca attractions have been further enhanced by the opening of Terra Mitica near Benidorm. one of the most modern and attractive theme parks in Europe. You may also visit Terra Natura there – a large zoo or go for Mundo-Mar and see an outstanding variety of sea creatures.
The Costa Blanca climate is ideal for year round golf and other sports including: tennis, swimming, sailing, water skiing, riding, and go-karts. Night life is plentiful to choose from - a quiet meal in a cozy coastal restaurant , a flamenco evening with Spanish cuisine or memorable night of entertainment.
The southern Costa Blanca offers fine sandy beaches, palm trees and salt lakes. You may treat yourself with a therapeutic La-Puntica mud bath only 8 km from Torrevieja.

Climate The summers are dry and hot, the winters very mild. The area has more than 320 days a year of bright sunshine - not many holiday destinations can claim that and be so simple to travel to.
The climate of Punta Prima is slightly more agreeable than the rest of the Costa Blanca. This is because the mountains are farther away from the coast and this generates a pleasant breeze in the heat of the day. The Torrevieja Salt lakes help to make the area one of the healthiest places in Europe (according to the World Health Organization).
Average temperatures range from approximately 18 deg C in January to 32 deg C in midsummer. It is ideal for golfing breaks throughout the winter period.
Beaches A Few minutes walk takes you to the beach of Punta Prima, or the restaurant Nautilus, set on the seafront of Punta Prima with views over the Mediterranean sea. There is an impressive promenade for walking or cycling. The main beaches to the South are, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor, many of which have been awarded the Blue Flag. You will find there many beach bars, restaurants of all cuisines, and many Spanish bars offering excellent Paella`s & Tapas. Walking from Punta Prima towards Torrevieja you have the fantastic sand dunes of Mar Azul.
Golf and Sports Punta Prima is every golfer`s Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses within a short drive from the apartment. Villamartin is a frequent venue for the Mediterranean Open. Campoamor is set amongst the palm and pine trees with a variety of wildlife to watch: birds, hares, squirrels and others. Las Ramblas is a real test of your golfing skills. Within a 30 minutes drive you can select from another 8 courses, each with its own unique design, including the world famous La Manga and La Finka courses.
Other sporting activities nearby include: Tennis, Horse Riding & various watersports including sailing.

Further details indoors: The lounge has a comfortable chocolate sofa with chaislonge (which can be used as double bed), large 37” LCD TV, i-pod docking station, selection of films and books. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en -suite, with his and hers wash basins. The second bathroom has a walk in shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating for extra comfort for cold periods, controlled individually. The kitchen has granite work tops. Cutlery and plates supplied to cater for up to 6 persons. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the whole apartment ,which can be switched to central heating during the winter months. This is a no smoking apartment, however smoking is permitted on the terrace. Pets not allowed.
Further details outdoors: Recoleta Parque has security controlled gates with entry phone video system.It is patrolled 24 hours by security guards and has security cameras around the the Development. There is secure underground parking place. The fully furnished terrace, with the fantastic view to the Mediterranean sea,compliments the property to facilitate alfresco eating or to enable you to simply sit or lie down and enjoy Spanish evenings or the early morning sun.
