About the home

Sea View is a 2 bedroom home from home apartment with enclosed balcony. Superbly located for local beaches, local shops, restaurants and supermarkets as well as having a bus stop outside of the front door to take you to the heart of Torrevieja promenade and town centre.

There is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a large comfortable sofa bed which allows 6 to holiday at the same time. Fully furnished to the very highest standard Sea View has air conditioning with fan units in all rooms as well as a security safe to store your personal items during your stay.

There is sky television providing 40 english tv channels as well as 14 english radio channels to listen to.The apartment has a hair dryer, cork screws/bottle openers and power adaptors for your use, so no need to bring those with you. Your hosts Richard & Gerry will meet you at the apartment on your arrival and will introduce you to the apartment, the local area and the many external amenities that are available to make your stay a happy and comfortable one.

The owner will shortly install wireless internet to allow families to keep in contact on the net.

Our "Meet & Greet" service is applicable to all of our clients booking our apartment, so no need to search for Agents or to worry about how the television works (This is a complimentar service- no charge applied).

For those of you that wish to take rigorous morning exercises before breakfast, the area adjacent the apartment has been turned in to fitness/wellbeing area with many exercise frames to shed those unwanted pounds

Sea View is located on one of the towns main bus routes with a bus approximately every 20 minutes which will take you to Torrieveja promenade and town centre or in the opposite direction to Torrelamata which is well known for its sandy beaches, bistro´s and night life.

There are local shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarket located only minutes walk from the apartment.

The private communal pool is located directly outside of the apartment. Access to the Swimming Pool is between the 15th June 2010 until 15th September 2010.

For those of you who are late arrivals, Gerry will call you at home 2 days prior to your vacation, you list the items you would like from the local supermarket and she will present you with the supermarket receipt for payment. (This is a complimentary service - no charge applied)..

We also understand, many of our guests will have a late departure flight, we are happy that you remain in the apartment until such times you need to be at the airport, there is no supplimentary charge for late stay.

Our hosts will provide you with a 24 hour emergency telephone number to call them in case of accident or sickness. They will visit, assess the problem and if need be take you to the nearest medical centre for treatment and return you to the apartment afterwards. (This is a complimentary service - no charge applied).

We also provide beach towels for your use.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Situated on the Mediterranean coast. This area enjoys approximately 300 days of sunshine per year. The seas are warm and clear and the beaches are sandy.There are a large number of golf courses in the region ranging from small clubs to the PGA la Finca course. Cultural centres include Cartegena (Carthaginian and Roman) Murcia (Museums and walks) Alicante (Historic Fort)

The Tabarca islands lie a short distance off shore and they are ideal for snorkelling with beaches and restaurants. The islands are accessible by ferry from Santa Pola,Torrevieja or Alicante.

The Torrevieja Area / La Mata area

Torrevieja is a mid size Spanish town with shops restaurants, bars and Aqua Park. There is a paved promenade along the seafront and open air fun fair in the evenings.

There is a salt lake where bathing is permitted a short distance inland.

Water Park nearby Aquapolis adjacent to the N332 and Carreforre

La Mata is a small holiday town adjacent to a sandy beach (with lifeguards) which stretches for nearly 12 miles there is a boardwalk that runs from near the apartment and is a beautiful walk in the evening with restaurants and bars along its length. Cycle hire is available locally in the summer.

Car seats are required for children under 6 years of age by Spanish Law. Please advise at time of booking if this is required.
