2 bedroom home from home apartment with enclosed balcony. Ideal location for both beach and golfing holidays. Suitable for families or groups.This 2 bed-roomed apartment has accommodation for Six People ( First Bedroom has a Double Bed, Second Bedroom has two Single Beds and the Lounge has a Sofa Bed suitable for Two. Air conditioning now installed The apartment has a hair dryer, cork screws/bottle openers.
A casual walk takes you to a sandy beach which stretchs for approx. 12 miles. The apartment is on the Second (2nd) floor, and has the use of a communal pool area
The local area has many good restaurants and bars and the nearest shops are literally just around the corner. The lively town centre of Torrevieja with its marina, street markets and permanent fun-fair is a short drive or bus ride away. The bus stop is outside the block across the street. And for those that like to explore the bus station is in Torrevieja and is a cheaper way to explore the delights of the local area or farther afield.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Situated on the Mediterranean coast. This area enjoys approximately 300 days of sunshine per year. The seas are warm and clear and the beaches are sandy.There are a large number of golf courses in the region ranging from small clubs to the PGA la Finca course. Cultural centres include Cartegena (Carthaginian and Roman) Murcia (Museums and walks) Alicante (Historic Fort) The Tabarca islands lie a short distance off shore and they are ideal for snorkelling with beaches and restaurants. The islands are accesabhle by ferry from Santa Pola,Torrevieja or Alicante.
Torrevieja area / La Mata area
Torrevieja is a mid size Spanish town with shops restaurants and bars. There is a paved promenade along the seafront. Open air fun fair in the evenings. There is a salt lake where bathing is permitted a short distance inland. Water Park nearby Aquapolis adjacent to the N332 and Carreforre La Mata is a small holiday town adjacent to a sandy beach (with lifeguards) which stretches for nearly 12 miles there is a boardwalk that runs from near the apartment and is a beautiful walk in the evening with retaurants and bars along its length. Cycle hire is available locally in the summer.

Our Personal Pick-up Service is available from Alicante and Murcia Airport, from 45 euros each way (Plus Toll if travelling to and from Murcia Airport.) Swimming pool is available 15June to 15 September 11am to 7pm HAVE PEACE OF MIND WHILST ON HOLIDAY WITH A PERSONALIZED SERVICE. Our friendly hosts live nearby to offer help should it be needed, and any problems are resolved with the minimum of fuss. This includes assisting with any medical or legal requirements during your holiday. Spanish translation can be provided. Transport service to both Alicante and St Javier airports can be arranged with our hosts. This could also be extended to a local service on demand when required. All our guests are called as an introduction, and personally welcomed by our hosts on arrival at the apartment, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities is given. The is a €60.00 euro charge for laundry and cleaning If renting for 2 weeks and you would rather forget about washing and ironing bedding on holiday, our hosts can offer a change of bedlinen and towels and a full clean through after the first week for 40 €.
