Accessibility

The apartment is ideal for those with limited mobility. The grounds have wide paths which give clear access to the apartment block. The apartment is easily reached from all floors including the underground parking area via a lift or the stairs. The apartment is on one level although there this is a small step over the patio door frame to gain access to the balcony.

Outside

Surrounding the pool area are beautiful tranquil gardens .The curved pathways around the complex give good access and there are seating and sheltered areas provided. The soothing sound of running water can be heard from water features within the gardens. There are 3 communal swimming pools, 2 have stepped access into them. All pools are surrounded with wooden decking and grassed areas for sunbathing & outside showers are available. There are sun loungers in the apartment for you to use at the pool area. As the day draws to a close the gardens and walkways are gently illuminated with street lanterns and low level lighting. Relax on the balcony which has a large table and seating for 4.

Coast/Beach

The nearest beach is 200m away right by the Nautilus Bar and Restaurant. With walkways all along the coastal area, beaches & coves are easily accessible, making it ideal for those who want to walk or cycle. On Punta Prima beach you can rent sunbeds etc, and the Punta Prima restaurant is a must to enjoy the views of the Mar Menor. The palm tree bay at Kings Land Beach is only 15 mins away, or why not hire a car and explore the many lovely beaches along the Costa Blanca & the Mar Menor.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

Punta Prima is located between Alicante and Murcia situated next to the sea in the south of the Valencian Community, and is surrounded by two large natural salt-water lagoons. Punta Prima is small and exclusive, not over populated and offers quality beach side living and tranquillity.

The local beaches have earned a staggering sixty-seven European Blue Flags and they vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pinewood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches extending many kilometres. In Punta Prima and nearby there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, local shops and amenities: Pitch and Putt, Golf, Fishing, Boating, Aquaparks, Watersports, Horse Riding, Tennis, Go Karting, Cycling, and Walking are just a few of the things to do and for the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week.

This area is a golfers paradise, the apartment is only 15-20 mins drive to several excellent golf courses including Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and the newest course La Finca. The famous La Manga course is only a 40 mins drive South. Villamartin is one of the best golf courses in Spain & hosted the Spanish Open.

Campoamor Golf Club, longer than the other courses in the area, but the fairways are wider so there's more room to "have a go!". It has an impressive clubhouse, restaurant and bars. A beautiful course.
