The apartment has one double bedroom, with a double bed and a single mattress which you can put out if needed for extra sleeping area, bathroom with shower lounge/dining room with double futon and fully equipped kitchen. The balcony has patio furniture and sun-blinds and overlooks the beach. There is a communal roof terrace with breathtaking views, ideal for quiet sunbathing,or to hang out your laundry!! The apartment is situated on the second floor with access by lift or stairs, and has air conditioning. There is a communal swimming pool, open in high season, which overlooks the beach.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca region is reknown for its all year sunny climate and wide variety of places of interest. It is an area steeped in history, with a diverse range of towns and villages, each with a unique character, a real mixture of hustle and bustle and peaceful tranquility. There are many local golf couses, with a choice of three within 10 kilometres.
Torrevieja area / Campoamor/Mil Palmeras area
Mil Palmeras is a delightful small resort with all facilities and its own special ambience, within easy reach of lively bustling towns and resorts, such as Torrevieja, Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca. It is very close to the motorway and Alicante airport is only a 45 minute drive, with Murcia airport a mere 15 minutes by car. It has a beautiful safe, clean beach, with picturesque bars and cafes. The trendy resort of La Manga, on the Mar Menor, is approximately 20 kilometres drive south, and well worth a visit. It is a only short drive south of Torrevieja, with its famous salt water lagoons and varied nightllife.
How to get there
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive away, with Murcia airport only approximately 15 minutes by car. There are always local taxis available to hire, or you can hire a car from either airport.

Further details outdoors: The beach is approximately 500 metres long and has beach bars and rentable sunbeds in season. The area known as 'The Strip', with it's many bars and restaurants, (spanish english, german, chinese and italian) as well as hairdressers, internet cafe with games room, and taxi rank is approximately 500 metres walk away, the local bank and supermarkets are closer still. There is parking available outside the apartment and a children's playground approximately 100 metres away. There is a weekly market every tuesday throughout the year. The Olympic Politideportivo, with a games room, children's play area and swimming pool, with bar and restaurant, is a ten minute walk away. There are regular local bus stops nearby.The golf courses of 'Las Ramblas', 'Villamartin' and 'Campoamor' are all a few minutes drive away, with many others in the vicinity. The local resorts of Campoamor, Cabo Roig and Pilar de la Horadada are all nearby, with their evening entertainment and nightlife. The town of Torrevieja, complete with salt lakes, is a 15 minute drive away. The airport at Alicante is approximately 60 kilometres away, while Murcia airport is only a 15 minute drive.
Conditions
A non refundable deposit of £50 per week or part week to secure a booking is required, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure, unless a booking is made less than 6 weeks before this date, in which case full payment is required at the time of booking. An additional refundable deposit of £100 is charged to cover for any loss, damage, breakages or additional cleaning which may be required. There is a charge of 50 euros for cleaning and laundry after your departure, payable in euros upon your arrival. We request that you should arrive no earlier than 3pm on arrival day, and depart by 11am on departure day although this may be flexible if the apartment is not occupied on changeover day. Linen and house towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
