This modern air-conditioned apartment is bright and spacious and well equipped throughout. It is ideal for family holidays all year round. Explore the lovely nearby beach coves: Punta Prima, La Zenia, La Mata, Playa Flamenca. Visit the delightful town squares with great restaurants and bars that capture the real Spain.

Situated on the first floor with its own private under cover parking space the apartment which has open views (isn't overlooked) benefits from a communal pool with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine and dine al fresco in the lovely warm evening temperatures. With many facilities including a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, large master bedroom this comfortable apartment has a fantastic central location to explore all the surrounding area.

On the development there are several supermarkets all within walking distance. The property overlooks open space and a children's play area.
The pool area is in the centre of the complex and is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden. The pool itself has a children's area. The pool area is south facing so is perfect for winter sunshine too, if you fancy a winter break.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Many visitors who travel to the Costa Blanca each year do so mainly to take advantage of the sun, the sea and the beaches, It would be a mistake however to think that this is all the Costa Blanca has to offer, a quick glance at a travel guide of the area will confirm that there are a great many places of interest to visit and enjoy.

Benidorm is 1 hours drive away. It has three excellent beaches and the night-life is legendary. There are plenty of hotels, cafes, entertainment, shopping and a number of fine theme parks for the family. Alicante is 30 minutes drive away. This is a very modern town with lots of designer & fashion shops to suit everyone's pockets.

The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos, Torrevieja area

Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months. Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you also have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended. There are several other beaches within a 10 minute drive of the apartment; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

There are many other bars and restaurants within walking distance including Chinese and Indian restaurants, stallions a la carte, German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and a Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week. There are also several English pubs and really nice wine bars.

Driving distance from the property you also have 4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and is a bustling Spanish town with many shops, a long promenade and many restaurants, bars and cafes. On Fridays there is a huge street market and fiestas are a feature during several months of the year. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis - open June – September. Jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor. Horse-riding, go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park all within a 10 minute drive.

Las Habaneras shopping centre 10 minutes drive away has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants are a 10 minute drive away.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive). Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches. There is a taxi rank at the local supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

The apartment is ideally situated in between Murcia and Alicante airports. Approximately 30 minutes drive from Murcia and 40 minutes from Alicante. Detailed directions will be provided that will guarantee you a safe & stress free journey from the airport. Cheap flights to both airports with www.easyjet.com, www.monarch.co.uk, www.ryanair.com.
Car Hire available at the airport from www.avis.co.uk at competitive rates. Airport transfers & golf bookings can be arranged for you at very competitive prices.
