The bathroom is finished to a very high standard with power shower, beautiful tiles, light fittings and fixtures.

The open plan lounge / diner is modernly furnished and is also comfortable. A place you can unwind and relax and just enjoy your holiday. The apartment also has TV , DVD & films and family games for you to enjoy.

The main bedroom is furnished beautifully and has ample storage space. The second bedroom, which has 2 singles beds also has ample storage space.

Air conditioning throughout so you are sure to have a good nights sleep. These units also produce heat in the winter period so this is a great place for some winter sunshine.

The apartment has terracing outside complete with dining furniture so you can sit, relax and enjoy al fresco dining..

On the development there are several supermarkets all within walking distance. The property overlooks open space and a children's play area.

The pool area is in the centre of the complex and is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden. The pool itself has a children's area. The pool area is south facing so is perfect for winter sunshine too, if you fancy a winter break.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

Many visitors who travel to the Costa Blanca each year do so mainly to take advantage of the sun, the sea and the beaches, It would be a mistake however to think that this is all the Costa Blanca has to offer, a quick glance at a travel guide of the area will confirm that there are a great many places of interest to visit and enjoy.

Benidorm is 1 hours drive away. It has three excellent beaches and the night-life is legendary. There are plenty of hotels, cafes, entertainment, shopping and a number of fine theme parks for the family.

Alicante is 40 minutes drive away. This is a very modern town with lots of designer & fashion shops to suit everyone's pockets.

Torrevieja Area

Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bars during the summer months. Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you also have the Nautilus restaurant, the Sunrise beach bar and Punta Prima Restaurant - all highly recommended. There are several other beaches within a 10 minute drive of the apartment; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

There are many other bars and restaurants within walking distance including Chinese and Indian restaurants, stallions a la carte, German restaurant, Puccini's Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and a Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week. There are also several English pubs and really nice wine bars.

Driving distance from the property you also have 4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

The town of Torrevieja is a 3km away and is a bustling Spanish town with many shops, a long promenade and many restaurants, bars and cafes. On Fridays there is a huge street market and fiestas are a feature during several months of the year. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis - open June – September. Jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor. Horse-riding, go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park all within a 10 minute drive.

Las Habaneras and La Zenia shopping centres are within 5 and 10 minutes drive away. Each have 3 stories of shops and underground parking. Both also have plenty of eating places and are child friendly. The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants are a 10 minute drive away.

Santa Pola a 30 minute drive away is a busy town which is best known for its salt lakes that produce salt for use on the roads and more recently as a great destination for kite surfers. It has endless kilometres of beach front promenades and a modern marina from which you can take a boat trip to the nearby Island of Tabarca. The town boasts a castle, a palm park, an aquarium and an interesting range of cultural and historic museums. Fish lovers will enjoy the many fish restaurants, or you can watch the fresh fish being brought into the fish market when the boats return with their catch! The Santa Pola Park is a playground for children, from the mini karts and fun house to the crazy golf and trampolines, plus much, much more. There are also several cafes to choose from.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive). Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

There is a frequent bus service to Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches. There is a taxi rank at the local supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

"A lovely apartment in a great location. Very well equipped and close to all amenities"

On arrival we were met by Steve and Barbara who couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The complex is in a great location and although we hired a car there is a regular bus service. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped so we didn't have to eat out every night. The pool area was really clean although it can get busy. There is so much to do and see that we would definately recommend car hire to explore the local area. The beaches are great and the walk along the costal path into Torrevieja is well worth doing.
