How to get there
The house is 35 minutes from Alicante airport. & 35 minutes from Murcia airport. Airport transferred can be arranged if required. Most guests hire a car, which they collect from the airport on landing.
Car hire costs will vary on the type of car you choose but a great price comparison site is ‘www.bravocarhire.com’ which compares the rates of several reputable, market leaders.
Cars can be collected at the airport or delivered to the house by some companies. Remember to compare the conditions of hire as some companies charge for items which are included as standard in the rates of others.

Further details indoors: Ground floor Enter into the living room which has a large settee & armchair, coffee table, dresser unit & television with DVD player. To the rear, there is a dining area with a table and four chairs.
An arched entrance leads to the separate kitchen which is fully equipped with a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a washing machine and an external utility area. The kitchen has all the high quality crockery, cutlery and utensils you could possibly need. There is also an iron and ironing board.
A separate toilet is located downstairs.
First floor Tiled stairs lead to the air-conditioned bedrooms and bathroom. The master, double bedroom has a double bed with bedside drawer units and lamps. There are built-in wardrobes with plenty of hangers and a laundry bag. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with a table & two chairs – ideal for a nightcap as the sun goes down.
The second bedroom has two single beds with a bedside drawer unit with two lamps. Built-in wardrobes provide ample clothes storage, together with a laundry bag and floor safe for keeping your passports, money and valuables secure.
The spacious, family bathroom has a bath, good shower, bidet, toilet and a washbasin with an illuminated vanity mirror.
Second floor Here there is a private roof terrace with chairs, a table and parasol for alfresco dining, together with sun-loungers for taking it easy. The roof terrace is completely private (making it ideal for that all-over tan!) and overlooks the swimming pool at the rear of the property so you can keep an eye on the little ones as they play.
Further details outdoors: The house benefits from a lovely shared swimming pool to the rear of the property, with a safe & shallow section for toddlers to play in. The pool is set in landscaped communal gardens, perfect for sunbathing. If you need a drink, the kitchen is only 2 minutes away!
There is a local supermarket selling all you need for a comfortable stay & the local restaurants are only a short walk away.
