This lovely villa is perfect for holidays and long lets in winter.The villa is in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk to a busy area where there are bars and restaurants.The villa is nicely furnished to a high standard and the well equipped kitchen caters for all your needs.The full roof solarium is furnished with patio furniture, sun umbrella and sun beds.
The magnificent rugged coatline is only 5 minutes drive. There, you can walk along the cliff tops and enjoy the magnificent views or stop at a bar and enjoy a drink and Tapas.There are several very good beaches and coves with good access to them.along this coast line.Torrevieja which is the nearest town is 15 minutes drive. Here there is a Marina and a craft market which is open every day.There are some lovely bars where you can sit with a coffee or a drink and watch the world go by.
If golf is your sport then there are 3 very good golf courses all within 15 minutes drive from the villa.They are popular so it is perhaps a good idea to book in advance of going to play.If bird watching is your favourite there are some good areas all within easy driving distance where you can go to. Walking is another favourite pass time, again good walking areas, particularly along the cliff tops towards Campoamor and the other way towards Torrevieja.

The full roof solarium is in full sun all day, and so is a nice place to sit and have a meal.There is also a shared pool 2 minutes walk from the villa, and it never seems to get busy, just the place for an early morning dip !! There is also a covered in porch area, lovely to sit in and have breakfast there.

The change over day is flexible as ofetn the "cheaper flights" are during the week rather than weekends.The management lady speaks english and so is there to help with any problems that may occur during your stay.A welome pack can be arranged for a small charge, ideal if you land late in the evening and want a cup of tea etc.when you arrive
Conditions
While smoking isn't allowed inside the villa, please feel free to smoke in the garden and on the solarium.There is also a breakage deposit required of £50.00 or 75 euros.This is paid in the form of a cheque and is torn up after you leave.That way you aren't left with "money" at the end of your holiday.There is also a one off management fee of 60 euros paid as you arrive to the management lady. This fee covers the cost of cleaning and all laundry, towels bed linen etc.as you leave to go home.The villa has aircon fitted into the lounge area.The aircon unit is a "pay as you go" operated by a slot machine.The meter takes 2 euro coins and will give you approxemately 6 hours running time. I have chosen NOT to include this into the cost of rentals. Why pay for something you may not need ?
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The area has some great places of interest. to visit. and is steeped in history.This area is reputed to be the 2nd most healthy place to live.in 5the world. As the minerals in the air (from the salt lakes) are very good for us.The sunshine coast has over 300 days sunshine per year.
The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area
It is claimed that there is a Fiesta in the area once a month.! Torrevieja .com is a good source of local information and places to visit. The mud flats at Lo Pogan near San Pedro are worth a visit even if you don't participate ! The Spanish swear by them for helping with aching joints to skin irritations,if you go, don't take your best swim wear as you smother yourself in mud and let it dry on you before washing it off, but good to go and watch others do it !
