This brand new ground floor apartment is spacious, light and airy and is part of a high class development of houses and low rise apartments. This apartment is ideal for families or couples. Aquaparks, golf courses and the historical cities of Murcia, Cartegena and Alicante are all just a short drive away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
COAST/BEACH With many beautiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of the town there are miles of golden beaches backed by Pine and Palm clad dunes. There are some of the best Blue Flag beaches in the area and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.
MARKETS Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week. The local market in Playa Flamenca is held every Saturday.
Torrevieja area / Punta Prima area
GOLF For golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. These include Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoarmor and La Finca. All are within a short driving distance.
Torrevieja with its many shops, bars and restaurants, is a 10 minute drive away. Its tree lined promenades are an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, or just to sit and watch the world go by. Visit on a summer evening and see the promenade transformed into a market with stalls of every kind.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Murcia airport. Alicante airport is a 40 minute drive and Murcia airport is just a 25 minute drive away. Check out Flybe, Ryanair, BMI Baby, Easyjet, Thomsonfly and Monarch for cheap flights. We can arrange airport transfers if required.
