This lovely brand new villa is part of a high class development of houses and low rise apartments. There are 3 houses adjoining each other that can be rented individually or together. There are 2 communal pools, one is just around the corner. Parking is no problem, just yards from your door. Local bars, restaurants, supermarket and bank are a 5 minute walk away. The large commercial centre at Playa Flamenca, with dozens of bars and restaurants to choose from, is just a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk away. There are several local beaches to choose from all within a 5 minute drive. Torrevieja with its busy town, marina and aquapark is 10 minutes drive away. This lovely villa provides the perfect accommodation for families, couples or golf fanatics.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
COAST/BEACH The nearest beaches of Punta Prima, Mar Azul, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig are just 5 minutes drive away. (Punta Prima beach is 15/20 mins walk away.) With many beautiful sandy beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of the town there are miles of golden beaches backed by pine and palm clad dunes. The area has some of the best Blue Flag beaches and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.
Torrevieja area / Punta Prima area
GOLF For golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. The closest being Villamartin (just 10 minutes drive away), Campoamor and Las Ramblas all within a 10 - 15 minute drive away. La Finca golfcourse is aproximately a 20 minutes drive away.
AQUAPARKS There are 2 aquaparks, one in Torrevieja and the other in Quesada.
MARKETS Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week. The local market in Playa Flamenca is held on a Saturday

Fly to Alicante or Murcia airports. Check out Flybe, Ryanair, Thomsonfly, Easyjet, BMIbaby and Monarch for cheap flights. We can arrange airport transfers, to and from the villa, if required.

Further details indoors: The house is spacious and airy with new furniture and brand new kitchen appliances. The lounge and both bedrooms have air conditioning. The lounge diner has digital Sky TV with English TV and Radio channels, sports, movie and cartoon channels, plus DVD player. There is a sofabed, armchair, wall unit, dining table and chairs. There is a large garden with patio area for outside dining or sunbathing. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, oven, hob, microwave, crockery and cutlery. All appliances and utensils are new. The laundry room houses the large capacity boiler, laundry sink and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a fully tiled shower room with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. The marble stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor where you will find the 2 main bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table and lamp, and large wardrobe. The fully tiled bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and wash basin. On this level a door leads from the landing to a spacious terrace. From the first floor landing the marble stairs continue to the second floor to a room which acts as the third bedroom. Here there is a sofabed and large patio doors that open directly on to a very large roof terrace. It is a perfect place to sunbathe and also has an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off when the sun is too warm.
Further details outdoors: The house has a tiled patio area, with patio furniture, and pretty front garden with flowering shrubs and bushes. There are 2 other terraces, the large roof terrace has an outdoor shower. On road parking is available. One of the lovely landscaped communal pools is just around the corner from the house. The second communal pool is just in the next block.

Rental prices are for the property, not per person. A complimentary welcome pack of food and drink will be provided for your arrival. Cot and/or highchair are available for hire. Airconditioning is available at no extra charge. We accept Sterling cheques, or bank transfers if payment is to be made in Euros.
