There is a sun room on the front of the villa so that you can still sit by the pool late at night an enjoy that last glass of wine. A roof top solarium lets you eat alfesco. outside furniture and sun loungers are provided, you also have a large plunge pool so you can play/ or cool down as you take in the rays.the twin room is located via the outside staircase.not suitable for small children.sorry we do not have a cot.

Conditions

£75 deposit whitch i will keep as key/ breakage and is returnable on your return of your holiday . as long as there is no damage . please read your booking form

A choice of 5 sandy beaches are all suitable for children[ lifeguard] . La zenia beach has a range of water sports, jet skiing.para sailing and banana boats.Most beaches in the area are blue flag and soft sand.

The Torrevieja Area / Playa Flamenca area

The vibrant cosmopolitan town of torreveija is only 10 mins, and the provincial capital alicante 35 mins and benidorm 90 mins.There is a market on friday in the town and another on sun & weds at la mata.Go karting can be found on the main road n332.

Situated in a prime location on the costa blanca. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples and golfers.Local amenities all within 7 mins walk. Bars,restaurants,banks supermarket' , spa, medical facilities, and a large saturday market. Local beaches are accessible on foot as 10 min walk .

The region also has many tourist attractions and leisure facilities inc excellent golf courses [ 3 within 10 mins drive], waterparks, theme parks, a fun fair and safari park , historical buildings, and arts and museums.
