This is 2 bed house on small quiet gated community, overlooking pool, ideal for families, close to local shops and restaurants.
Accommodation comprises of ground floor with outside terrace and garden, lounge/diner, an American style kitchen with built in oven and hob, granite worktops, fridge freezer and fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine.
There is a large roof terrace with shower, has panoramic views of the sea, laguna and Orihuela mountains. There is air conditioning, both hot and cold, in the lounge diner and main bedroom.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is well known for it's beautiful sandy beaches and family friendly holidays. For those that like to explore there are historical towns with medieval castles and for people who prefer walking there is mile upon mile of scenic countryside to roam.
Some of the best golf courses in Spain are on the Costa Blanca and all this linked to the unique climate of the region makes this an ideal place to holiday.
Torrevieja area / Los Balcones area
The house is near beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, nature parks, horse riding and Aqualand water park.
It is an ideal base for golfing holidays as it is situated near the golf courses of Campomoar, Villamartin, La Finca and Las Rambles.
Torrevieja is a vibrant town with a marina, market and pedestrianised sea front area with lots of restaurants and shops open 'til late in the evening and is easily accessible by the local bus service with the bus stop at the end of the street, alternatively there is an excellent taxi service.
How to get there
You have the choice of flying to Murcia airport which is 25 mins drive or Alicante which is 45mins drive.
All the major budget airlines including Easy Jet, Jet2 and Ryan Air fly to either Alicante or Murcia from most UK airports.
Car Hire can be easily arranged on-line through www.doyouspain.com.
Taxis are readily available at both airports fares start from about 40 euros.
