This airy and bright penthouse has AC/hot & cold unit with communal pool & grounds. Ground level consists of living/dining room, beautifully furnished with leather sofas, 36" flat screen TV & large dining table with 4 chairs overlooking to front veranda and tiled patio. Kitchen with a balcony which is fully equipped. A toilet and lavatory. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed & another with twin beds, plus a big family bathroom. A double airbed is available also. A private roof terrace suitable for BBQ & sunbathing.
It is less than 10 minutes' walk to the nearest shops, restaurants & bars. The beach is 10-15 min walk. Torrevieja town and marina is a 10 minute drive where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and a year round fun fair. There are 3 golf courses within a 10-15 minute drive, making it ideal for golfers as well as couples & families. From May there is the water park nearby Torrevieja. Go-karting is on N332 Orihuela Costa approx 10 mins walk. There are also tennis and basketball courts very near to the property.

From May onwards there is the water park at nearby Torrevieja.
Go-Karting on the N332 Orihuela Costa,approx 10 mins walk from La Cinuelica or 3 mins drive.Great fun for the kids and kids at heart.
New big mall on N332, consisting of restaurants,shops and supermarket, which is 5 mins walk from the property.
There are also tennis and basketball courts in walking distances.

Torrevieja could be reached from two airports Murcia 25 km and Alicante 40km.
Budjet airlines Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair fly from Stansted, Luton, Gatwick.
Car hire is available though airlines or at airport

*A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. This can be paid by cheque or direct transfer to the bank account that will be provided upon request.
*There is a 150 Euros deposit to be paid when booking your holiday, refundable on your return subject to the key holder being satisfied everything is as it was found. Meet and greet fees apply from 8pm to 8am and will be charged 15 euros by our key holder for unsociable working hours.
*There will be a cleaning charge of 50 Euros in addition to these rates, made payable in cash to our key holder.
