The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There is a market every day of the week in different places but the Playa Flamenca one on a Saturday morning is certainly one of the best and easiest to get round. It is just 5 minutes away by car or bus and well worth a visit. Our complex has three large swimming pools (one heated) with children's area. There are blue flag beaches within easy reach at Los Naufragos, Playa Flamenca & La Zenia. The beach at Punta Prima is just a short walk away. There are numerous restaurants close by catering for a wide variety of tastes - English, Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and others. A discotheque is also close by at the Torrejoven Hotel. A great choice of shops & supermarkets is also just a short walk away.
Torrevieja area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area
There are at least 5 golf courses within a few minutes drive. In addition the apartments benefit from their own Pitch & Putt course situated across the road, which will be ready at the end of April 2007.
Golf Club Campoamor - The layout of this course has been adapted both to the professional & the amateur. The fairways are wide & long but the greens & the inclination of the fairways are the big challenges.
Las Ramblas Golf Club - Located between two ravines on the shore of the Mediterranean, next to a luxury housing estate, this course requires the player to use great precision when hitting the ball as both fairways & greens are narrow & demanding.
Villamartin Golf Club - The variety of the 18 holes offered by this course was achieved thanks to an excellent design that gives enthusiasts the chance to enjoy using all 14 clubs from their bags. Of note are the fast greens which are always magnificently maintained.
La Marquesa Golf Club - Lying in a valley between two mountains, this course is mainly flat & offers no particular difficulties. It has wide fairways interspersed with canals, lakes & other obstacles which all players find enjoyable. It is a course that ranks as very comfortable, yet gives players a chance to use a wide variety of irons.
La Finca - description as La Marquesa. The world famous La Manga Golf Club is only 30 minutes away by car.
How to get there
Alicante airport is approx 40 kms. away to the north and the journey to our apartment takes approx 40 mins. via the N332. Murcia airport is approx a 20 minute journey by car to the south.

Further details indoors: The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, XBox, DVD recorder (so you don't need to miss the soaps!) & CD music system. There is a large selection of XBox games, CDs & DVDs covering most ages & tastes. There are good Spanish CDs and a dictionary for Hispanophiles, road maps for travellers & books (in English) for those who prefer to just relax & read. Please feel free to add to our library. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Visitors must bring their own beach towels for use anywhere outside the apartment. On the balcony there is quality patio furniture with seating for 6 plus 2 sunloungers. There are also 2 portable sunbeds & umbrella for use on the beach or in the gardens. This apartment is our second home, and we trust that all who stay there will treat it with the respect they give their own property. Thank you.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
BOOKINGS: A deposit of 25% of the total rental price in Euros (or GBP at the prevailing exchange rate) is required at the time of booking and to secure it. Changeover days can be any day of the week but the owners must be notified of late departures. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to departure as will the ?100 key/damage deposit, refundable on return of keys but subject to inspection for damage/loss by our agents and no excessive cleaning/laundering being required. For late bookings, the total amount must be received at the latest 2 weeks prior to departure. Bookings for more than 2 consecutive weeks will be given a 10% discount on the additional days/weeks booked. Long winter lets would be considered. Price on application.
