Torrevieja is an ideal location for a summer or winter holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year. Torrevieja has preserved its unique Spanish character and charm. Our villa is a 5 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular service to the town centre and the 6 blue flag beaches so car hire is not essential but recommended to appreciate all the amenities and beaches in the region. Facilities include a large communial pool, tennis and football court. Nearby golf courses.
The property is well equipped and immaculately maintained, by a local agent who is available to collect you from the airport then if required offer advice on the area. It has an out side terrace and a very large roof solarium, equipped with tables, sun lounges, shower, paddling pool, barbeque etc.This extremely large patio is ideal for that breakfast in the sun, or 'sundowners' after a BBQ, it is also a safe and secure area for toddlers and children to play.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is internationally recognised for it`s wonderful weather and beautiful beaches. It has an average of 320 days sunshine each year. Good for all year round holidays. It has plenty of local history, castles and museums to visit. Spain`s 2000 year history and culture remains open to your curiosity and admiration. There is pretty port that has many interesting things to do such as a submarine ride, watersports, and fishing. There is also a large promenade which you can stroll down, and a lovely night market every evening. Other fabulous attractions include Aqua Parks, the Ozone 5 entertainment centre complete with Casino, Ten Pin Bowling and more Restaurants. There is also a huge multi - level shopping centre and a Go Cart Centre. There are many sights to visit, including the island of Tabarca (frequented by scuba divers) which is accessible by ferry from Santa Pola and Torrevieja in summer, and the palm forest in Elche - the largest in Europe. The are many beaches, vineyards and the Salinas de La Mata salt lake, natural park and nature reserve. Benidorm is only about an hours drive.
Torrevieja area / Altos De Limonar area
Originally a fishing town, Torrevieja has preserved it unique Spanish character and charm. The European unions blue flag donating excellent beaches fly`s over Torreviaja's beautiful scenery. Torrevieja has two natural salt lakes. These surround the area creating a wonderful micro - climate producing superb all year round weather. There is an aqua park and the area contains the following; Golfing paradise, watersports, sailing, horse-riding, go-karts, ten pin bowling, night market, small fair and crazy golf. Every friday Torrevieja boasts one of the largest street markets in Spain. There are many spectacular local fiestas, especially at Christmas, Easter, and the Moors and Christians during the summer.
How to get there
Cheap flights via Easy Jet, Rynair, Monarch,Thompsonfly, to either Alicante airport 20 Miles north or Murcia airport 18 miles south, both with-in a 30 mins drive to our villa. We also have an agent who can collect you from the airport for approx 30 euros and if required offer advice on the area. I always use www.carjet for cheap car hire they do not require any payment in advance or make any cancellation charges or take any deposit.

Further details indoors: Villa is a very well maintained, family home and comprises of a lovely decour.
The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin and one additional "put you up" single bed. There is one bathroom (with shower/bath). The living room has two sofas with television, DVD radio and CD player. Plus many DVD's for you to enjoy. There is also a dining area which seats 6. There are board games, books and beach items. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms.
Further details outdoors: Villa is located close to a large communal pool, tennis court and 5 a side football pitch and basketball court. Large golf courses are only a short drive away and there are many facilities within walking distance. It is a popular area close to salt lakes and natural parks suitable for walking and cycling. The local beaches are beautiful and have Blue Flags.

For your enjoyment we are restricting the rental to families, couples. We do not let the villa to unaccompanied teenagers.
Swimming pool is available for most of the year with life guard during the summer season.

We keep a visitors book within the villa and here are a few of the recent comments; 1) Lovely villa, great stay, would happily come back again and again. My family really enjoyed their stay. The pool was massive and a big attraction, the beaches were local and good for young children. Jeff Clements Sept 2006. The shops and bars are close by enjoyed by every one. The night life is very family friendly plus cheap and good quality food.
