A lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow situated in the seaside town of Torrevieja on the Mediterranean Coast between the cities of Murcia and Alicante with convenient flights from the UK to both airports.
The property can accommodate up to up to four people and is ideal for families who are searching for a relaxing break on the sunny Costa Blanca.
The property also features one balcony and a roof terrace which can be used for BBQ, sunbathing and simply relaxing. There is a large communal pool with a separate kids section which is perfect for cooling down on those sunny lovely Mediterranean days.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Alicante coast offers extensive beaches of sand for the swimmers who prefer to sunbath and take an occasional dip in the water. However, it also allows you to discover incredible rocky coves for scuba diving, dunes covered with pine wood forests, beaches with boulders and many other corners where it is possible to anchor small boats and have an unforgettable day.
The average temperature during the year goes around 21 ºC and there are 320 sunny days per year, give you a good idea of how stable the weather is. These conditions are rarely found in any other part of the world.

Outdoor activities include shopping at the nearby shopping centre, having fun in the watersides of the nearby (8 minutes walk ) Aquopolis water park or spending time at the white sand La Matta beach with shallow water suitable for children.
At the nearby leisure centre one can go bowling, play on the air hockey tables, play video games, go to the cinema or dine out in one of the many restaurants which offer foods catering for a variety of tastes. Nearby supermarkets include a Lidl and a huge Carrefour, and Habaneras within 15 minutes walk away.
Torrevieja’s port area contains street markets and many outdoor restaurants and cafes, it's a great evening stroll for the whole family.
