For the holiday makers who want something more lively, it also is only 5 minutes by taxi from Villamartin, Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca where a large selection of bars and restaurants can be found. For those wishing to drive further, a 25-minute drive will take you to Murcia. Alternatively, we are only 10 minutes from Torrevieja and Benidorm is a 50 minute drive to the north where you will find fun for all the family,

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Spain's Costa Blanca offers one of the best and most extensive ranges of tourist attractions in Spain. It's fabulous beaches, championship golf courses and cultural richness offers something for everyone to enjoy. The recent opening of one of the most attractive theme parks,Terra Mitica, near Benidorm further enhances the allure of the region.

The climate is ideal for year round golf and other sports, including tennis, swimming, sailing, water skiing and even hot air ballooning! In the evenings there is plenty of nightlife to choose from, whether it is sampling the local, coastal restaurants or a more lively memorable evening of entertainment....the area has it all!

The more southerly part of Costa Blanca is mainly flat with fine sandy beaches, palm trees and salt lakes. It is much drier than in the rest of Spain.

Furthermore, the Costa Blanca has a mixture of tiny rural inland village and cosmopolitan tourist resorts on the coast with marinas and department stores housing designer brands.

Torrevieja area / Campoamor/Mil Palmeras area

The area is ideally situated for perfect holidays or short breaks and is a popular destination for holiday makers and sportsmen from all over Europe, including Spain. It is claimed that the area has more than 320 days a year of bright sunshine which is generally better than the rest of the Costa Blanca because the mountains are further away from the cool pleasant breeze in the heat of the day. Average temperatures range from approx 18 degrees C in January to 32 degrees C in midsummer. It is ideal for golfing breaks during this period with almost guaranteed sunshine all year round.

There are three championship courses in this area ensuring you do not have to travel far from the Villa. They all have fabulous facilities which include: Club Hire, Caddie and Buggy Hire, Pro Shop, Driving Range and Putting Green and beautiful club houses with restaurants. There are more challenging courses within a 30 minute radius including the world famous La Finca and La Manga courses. Other sporting activities close by include Tennis, Horse Riding and various Watersports including sailing.

There are several blue flag beaches within a short drive as are all the local amenities. There are numerous bars and restaurants only a short walk and /or drive away.

There are many local activities for families other than playing in the pool or on the beach like visiting the Aquopolis water park in Terra Mitica, the safari park (near Santa Pola), the caves (at Canelobre) or the funfair by Torreveija marina.The water park is a fun day out for the entire family with : Rapids, Kamikaze and Zig Zag water slides, Wave Pool and Infants Pool. There is also a Jacuzzi, Mini Golf and various eateries.

Alternatively, you could head to the countryside and enjoy the scenery of olive and almond trees, orange and lemon groves plus 2 large salt lakes. The Salt Lakes of Torreveija are a favourite for migratory birds, particularly flamingos.
If an ocean adventure is something that interests you, there is a wonderful boat trip to the beautiful unspoilt Isla Tabarca (Tabarca Island) from Torrevieja marina. From there you can also select from activities such as fishing, jet skiing and horse riding. There is even ten-pin bowling and quad biking to choose from!

How to get there

There are a number of budget airlines that fly to both Alicante and Murcia airports, including Globespan, Easy jet and Ryan Air as well as a number of the usual operators.

Directions:

Only 25 minutes from Murcia airport and 35 minutes from Alicante airport. The resort of Campoamor is only 10 minutes drive from the larger town of Torreveija.

The Villa has a lovely bright and airy feel to it and is fully air-conditioned throughout. It has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with Sky TV and a DVD player.
The bright living area offers plenty of comfortable seating with two sofas and a very comfortable sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and ample storage.
It benefits from having a downstairs shower and toilet.
Upstairs the bedrooms are light and airy and each one has two single beds, bedside cabinet and large wardrobe. The master bedroom has a balcony. The main bathroom is of family size and has a bath with over head shower.
All linen is provided
Sundries: Table and chairs on patio and roof terrace which also has two sun loungers. There are also two sets of golf clubs available for use.

Further details outdoors:
The Villa has its own private driveway with enough room for two cars. It has a large front terrace with patio tables and chairs. The top of the Villa has a roomy roof terrace that has a table and chairs and two sun loungers. In addition there is enough room for drying. The views from the roof terrace extend over the development and have a stunning outlook over the hills.
There are two shared pools less than 150yards from the Villa.
There is a supermarket, restaurants and bars on site that are a 5 minute walk from the Villa.

Further details

Discounts are available for extended lets and outside the summer season the price is further reduced. Flexibility is given on change over days and linen is provided.

A deposit is required and the full amount must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Conditions

A deposit is required on booking (£50) and will be returned when the keys have been delivered back. There is a charge (60 Euros) for the cleaning of the property which will be added onto the booking price.
The full amount is required 8 weeks before the let and can be paid direct by BACS into the account or by cheque.
