The area has a good all year round climate with an average 320 days of sunshine a year and is a blue flag beach region .
Torrevieja is a pleasant town with a good shopping centre, miles of beaches and a water park as well as many restaurants and bars. Nearby are the cities of Elche with its old centre and famous palm gardens and Murcia with its ancient cathedral and good shopping .
Torrevieja area / Entre Golf - Villa Martin area
The property is only a three minute drive from Villamartin golf course ,and there are three other courses within a ten minute drive.
There are a range of beaches and walks along the coast and there are a number of inland towns and villages well worth a visit many with traditional markets .

Fly to Alicante or Murcia
Fly with BMI , Ryanair , Thompson ,
We use Goldcar car rental which we find very good and reasonably priced ,but there are many others at both Alicante and Murcia .
Murcia airport is 30 minutes away , Alicante 40 minutes - mostly motorway all the way .

Further details indoors: One of the double bedrooms and the shower room are situated on the ground floor, making the property ideal for two couples/families.
Further details outdoors: The villa has its own private pool. The villa comes equipped with sun loungers,parasols and beach towels . There is a small children's play area 50 metres from the villa. We also provide an electric grill for outside use. No smoking inside the villa, but ashtrays are provided for outside areas. From the top terrace there is a lovely view of one of the salt lakes .
Further details
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday. An additional deposit of £150 is required prior to departure, which will be returned to you two weeks after your return in full, providing the property is left in good order. Please report any damage or breakages on your return . Finally please note there is a 65 Euro cleaning fee to be paid to our keyholder on arrival when you collect your keys from them .
