The apartment is very spacious it is furnished with nice quality comfortable furniture. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with ceiling fans bedside cabinets with lamps; Fully equipped fitted kitchen - Microwave; washing machine; coffee machine; George forman style grill; cool bag and ice packs; plastic crockery for your beach trips, the fridge/ freezer is left with a small amount of supplies (Water, wine, bread) for the next guests to start off the holiday till they find there way around, a information book with directions and photographs of local places of interest and recommended places to visit i.e. restaurants, pools, beaches, and important emergency medical information and local taxi's contact number. There are cutlery and plates supplied to cater for up to 6 people. The owners have installed a secure safe in the property so that you can lock away your valuables.

Reverse cycle air conditioned apartment this can be switched to central heating during the winter months.

The quality of this property is what you would expect from a developer who can boast such status. This is a two bedroom luxury apartment with a beautiful roof terrace, built to a very high specification.

Patio doors from dining room leading to patio area with table and chairs. Steps leading up to sun terrace secured at the top with gate for youngsters, loungers/table/chairs for lazing in the sun and a pergola for those tranquil moments to sit and reflect on that perfect day, with just the sound of the odd distant wind chime and the sweet aroma of jasmine, pure feeling of contentment.

Additional Information there will be a cleaning charge of 50 euro (to be left in apartment on the table)

Smoking is not allowed inside the property however on the roof terrace not a problem as long as ash trays used and emptied . When same day change over occurs apartment to be vacated by 12 noon, ( to allow for a clean ). Arriving guests the apartment may not be ready until 4 pm.

Short term rentals when available (i.e...) 2/3 days. Min rental £100. Extra days for extended stays negotiable.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

The Costa Blanca or "white coast" is situated to the north and Costa Del Sol in the south, and is within the region of Valencia with the warm Mediterranean on its shores. The Costa Blanca is well known for its fantastic climate, this region of Spain has an average of 320 sunny days per year and excellent all year round temperatures. Beautiful white beaches and crystal clear waters. Enjoy miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches or towns and villages that stretch along the coastline with a seemingly endless variety of colourful shops, markets, restaurants, fishing harbours and marinas. Together with the inexpensive flights to either one of its airports, Alicante or Murcia, this area of Spain is fast becoming Europes most popular golfing and beach holiday destination. The attractive sea front is a string of secluded inlets, beaches of long golden sands.The new Boulevard shopping centre has an area of 161,000 sq.that makes it the largest shopping and leisure centre in the province of Alicante.

This is around 2 miles approx 6 minute drive from our apartment.

Torrevieja Area

Our homely apartment in Dreamhills is 10 minutes drive from Torrevieja and its many sandy beaches, coves, top class golf courses also Within 10 minute drive, there are 3 Golf courses Villamartin , Las Ramblas . Campoamor.

Within also 15 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa.

Our apartment is within walking distance to a choice of bars, restaurants and shops places to visit such as Torrevieja with two marinas, alicante a beautiful cosmopolitan city, La manga , murcia , naval town of Cartagena ,Plenty to see and do ,never a dull moment.. Punta Prima beach is the closest to this property, less than 5 mins drive. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, several shoe shops, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 10 minute drive away. Fast food establishments - McDonalds at Punta Marina commercial centre (2-3 mins drive) and Burger king is located in Playa Flamenca.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz (was Pacha) nightclub is situated opposite the water park. If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 15 mins drive. Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park. Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months about 10 mins drive. Petrol station is in the Punta Marina commercial centre, 2-3 mins drive.

Torrevieja is located south of Alicante next to the crystal clear waters of Spain's Costa Blanca and surrounded by two large natural saltwater lakes. This region of Spain has an average of 320 sunny days per year and excellent all year round temperatures; the attractive sea front is a string of secluded inlets, beaches of golden sand, well-cared for residential districts and two lovely quiet marinas. From the north to the south a lively inlet and an open beach, is ideal for diving.

The beaches are not the only attraction the area has to offer, as in addition. There are numerous restaurants that provide cuisine for all tastes, from traditional Spanish Tapas to the delights of Italian, French, Chinese, Indian and Mexican food.

With its warm climate, friendly people and countless amenities Torrevieja and surrounding areas makes the perfect location for a holiday. A little further afield there is the historical towns of Cartegena, approx 45 mins drive. Murcia, approx 40 mins drive and Orihuela, approx 30 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks. 1 hours drive you have, Terra Mitica theme park. Terra Natura animal sactuary, Aqualandia water park, MundoMar sealife centre.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approx 5 mins drive. Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area. . Together with the inexpensive flights to either one of its airports, Alicante or Murcia, this area of Spain is fast becoming Europes most popular golfing and beach holiday destination.

A car is advisable when staying at this property, although not a necessity.

"Fantastic"

Me and my partner had one of the best holidays ever the apartment was first class the weather was great the local bars and restaurants where good and friendly and only a few minutes walk from the apartment as was the pool a great relaxing holiday with the roof terrace which is very private and a lovely BBQ area if you fancy a night in the owners have given every thought for the guests staying at there apartment they have taken out there time to make a book for all the local attractions and to make your stay very fulfilling or you can simply relax on the roof terrace with a drink or two it really is fantastic we will be going back again in 2013 . "One of the best holidays ive ever had, I realy enjoyed the apartment, fantastic roof terrace"

ON arrival the apartment was spotless. there was food and drink in the fridge it was a real home from home . the roof terrace is fantastic ,beautiful veiws of the salt lakes and mountains,some days we didnt go out just stayed on the roof terrace taking in the sun and had a barbeque. the local pool is a short walk (2 mins) entrance by card . when the sun went down we had a walk to the local centre (4 mins) via park IV where the bars and restuarants are realy friendly . The beaches are small coves ,the best being la zenia with its restuarant over looking the beach .Torrevieja of a night walking down the promanade was fantastic,we stopped for coffee and ice cream and a few beers every one was so friendly the time just flew .I cant wait to go back next year.
