Spacious one bedroom apartment in the town of Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca within 5 minutes drive of the beach & nearest golf courses, 5 minutes walk to the nearest bars, restaurants, supermarkets and 10 minutes drive to the bustling town of Torrevieja.

The apartment has been fully furnished brand new & includes air conditioning, Sky television showing all UK terrestrial channels, DVD player & CD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer & kettle. There is one large bedroom with ample storage space, & a fold down sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 2. The outside garden is equipped with small table and chairs for el fresco dining. Further outside space is a rooftop terrace.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The most extensive concentration of beaches in Costa Blanca is located in Playas de Orihuela, 16 km of clean beaches and hidden coves accompanied by a sun that shines for more than 300 days a year. The closest airport is located at Murcia/San Javier only 25 minutes away and Alicante is a 45 minute drive. La Liga football team situated 45 minutes drive away, plus a large saturday market situated 5 mins walk from the apartment. Close to the market is an internet cafe.

Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area

20 minute stroll from the apartment is a large commercial centre. Located beside the beach in Playa Flamenca, this area hosts a variety of varied restaurants & bars including tapas, Hungarian & Thai, and also a large array of bars to suit all Torrevieja is a ten minute drive from the flat. Here you will find a large and varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. In addition to this, you can find the Aquopolis water park, ideal for couples & families alike and Pacha Nightclub for the young.

If you don't mind a trip in the car, the town of Murcia is a mere 40 minutes drive away, & Alicante to the north of Torrevieja is a 45 minute drive. Well worth a visit if shops, restaurants and night life is your thing. If golf is your thing, within 5 minutes drive of Laguna Golf, there are three local 18 hole golf courses, Campamour, Las Ramblas & Villa Martin, perfect for a holiday round. Finally the lush beaches of the Costa Blanca lie a mere 5 minutes drive from the accommodation.

There is a first aid kit and a fire blanket in the kitchen This is a large one bedroom apartment fitted out to a good standard with all the utensills you will need to have a relaxing holiday large bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a comfortable bed good size living room bathroom and kitchen and a wash house with a large sink and dryer for all your beachware etc There are also sunbeds at the apartment to help you top up that tan There is satelite t.v with 50 channels inc english itv bbc also there is a midi system with radio and c.d to play your favourite tunes on and a dvd player with a good selectionof up to date films also there is a travel cot and highchair if required also tennis and badmington rackets are there for your use

There is a good size 5 a side football pitchfor the sports minded and tennis courts a lovely lake with water fountains a children's play area There is a large swimming pool with grassed areas and palm trees for sunbathing all surrounded by beutiful garden areas behind the apartments approx 200yds there is an internet cafe shops spanish / indian cuisine etc There is also a big market on saturday as well Five minutes away by car is the playa flamenca centre where there are lots of choice for dining out also bars nightclubs etc PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A LIFEGUARD AT THE POOL IN HIGH SEASON

There is a £100 refundable deposit in case of damaged or broken property. This is returned when the house has been cleaned and checked over. In addition to the weekly rate, there will be a 44 euro bill for the cleaning of the apartment. This will either be left in the apartment, or collected by our cleaning associates. THERE IS A BOOKING FEE OF £50 WITH THE BALANCE DUE SIX WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE
