About the home

A two bedroom town house in gated community with pool making it very safe for children as only residents have access to it. Outside the gates, there is a bus stop taking you to the beaches and town of Torrevieja, 2 km away.

The house is furnished to a high standard and has a homely felling featuring a large double and twin bedroom, bathroom and small lounge and kitchen with all new appliances.

The property has 3 terraces, one in the front of the property, one in the back which is not overlooked and is very private with stairs leading to a large solarium. Each terrace is equipped with tables and chairs for 4 persons and there are loungers on the solarium.

The community pool is only accessible from inside the gated community and has a pool for small children and a large one for adults or swimmers. It is not opened during the winter months.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The region south of Alicante has nice sandy beaches. Its climate is very pleasant in the winter months with low rainfall. The summers are hot but by the coast, you have a breeze that make the temperatures bearable. The general area is well worth exploring by car with some inland towns worth visiting.

There is always something to do and see in this area which is one of the most popular tourist regions of Spain.
There are many golf courses in the region to choose from.

The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos, Torrevieja area

Torrevieja is a very pleasant town with many things to do, it has a long and pleasant promenade along the sea front with daily craft market.

There are shops, bars and restaurants of all types catering for all tastes and many cultural activities available all year around. It is an ideal place to spend your winter break as everything remains opened. The indoor market will provide you with good meat and fresh fish recently caught from the bay.

In the summer when the sun goes down, it is a pleasant place to walk around and enjoy the cooler temperatures or to just sit in one of the many bar terraces watching the world go by. The beaches are sandy with many beach bars, especially the ones nearest to our property. These are very safe too with lifeguard and children activities.
