Our home is ideal for families and couples alike. It is situated in a mature residential area of La Siesta, within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. It is less than 2 miles from Torrevieja with its lovely coves and beaches. It has 3 bedrooms, one king size,one twin which can also be made up into a double and the third one with bunk beds.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Torrevieja is on the coast of Spain, known as the Costa Blanca and lies between Alicante and Murcia.
Torrevieja has 320 days of sunshine a year.
Things to do - Visit Terra Mitica & Aqualandia near to Benidorm , or the historical cities of Murcia &Cartagena.
Torrevieja area / La Siesta area
There are numerous beaches in the Torrevieja area. La Mata, La Zenia, Guardamar. These are some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean and most have play areas area for children ie volleyball nets, climbing frames as well as bars and restaurants. The beaches have a variety of water sports.
The International Sports Marina also offers facilities for yachting and diving. There are two Aqua Parks within a short drive away.
These "salt Lakes Lagoons of Torrevieja attract more than 250 bird species including flamingoes. The salt flats still provide salt for export around the world.
The town provides golf facilities close by and the municipal stadium has an athletics track, sauna and covered courts for tennis and a variety of other sports.
Fiestas are held in and around Torrevieja many months of the year .
In August there is the "Habaneras" festival - which is a major international music competition.

Further details indoors: One of the bedrooms can be arranged as a kingsize or two single beds. For your entertainment there is cable TV , Books, Videos, DVDs and a Hi Fi system. Separate air-conditioning units are in the lounge and all of the bedrooms. ''For winter lettings' the air-conditioning units can be switched to heating mode and duvets are available for all beds.
Further details outdoors: There are 4 Sun loungers around the pool and two in the rear garden and lots of space to relax in . Parasols provide shade when required, On the top terrace a roller blind provides shade over the dining area.

Booking periods can be flexible providing the days are available (Saturdays preferred) Welcome packs can be provided on arrival , local charges apply English Speaking property manager . Strictly no smoking applies inside the property. Beach towels are not provided. Access to the property is from 2.30pm on day of arrival . On day of departure the property must be vacated by 11am. You are advised to purchase accident and holiday cancellation insurance as we are unable to offer refunds.

* Deposit £100 per week and balance eight weeks prior to your arrival day. * A 'security deposit' against breakages, of £100 is payable on payment of final balance. Provided our property manager reports that there have been no breakages, we will refund this security deposit within 14 days of your return. * Linen is included for a one week stay, if linen is required for a second week , a local charge of 5 €uros per person is payable to the Property Manager. This needs to be arranged at time of booking.
