Home description

Our apartment is three minutes walk from the Rocio Del Mar beach, with Punta Prima beach just round the headland. In the other direction, you will find local bars, restaurants, shops & supermarkets, petrol stations & Go Kart circuit ! There are 3 outstanding Golf courses within 10 to 20 minutes drive from us and a large water park in the town of Torrevieja. Maybe just relax by one of the pools, or on our balcony and enjoy those `al fresco' moments. The apartment is fully air conditioned, light and comfortable.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca or the" White Coast" is situated on the South East coast of Spain, with over 300 days of warm Mediterranean sunshine, beautiful sandy beaches, mountains and orange groves,the towns and cities of Valencia, Elche, Cartagena,Murcia and Alicante, this provence has something for everyone.


Torrevieja area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area

Torrevieja is around 30 miles south of Alicante's Altet Airport, it was originally a salt mining and fishing village and is now a busy seaside town. There is a good indoor market selling fresh fish, meat fruit & vegtables all year round, there is also a large street market every friday. The town and sea front offer shops, restaurants, tapas bars and street cafes. Alternatively take a walk along the promenade and search out some of the restaurants offering 'Menu del Dia. Visit the Water Park to the northern part of town to enjoy a day out for all the family. Punta Prima is ten minutes south of Torrevieja by car, on the main N332 road, there are many restaurants, bars, a chemist, several banks, a couple of petrol stations, supermarkets, cafe`s on both side's of the road,(there is a footbridge spanning the road),plus the go-cart track, the area is conveniently situated for most locations on the south costa blanca, including, Golf, Horse riding and the blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor and Mil Palmeros.

There are many low cost airlines to reach the Southern Costa Blanca e.g Monarch, Easyjet & Ryanair. Our flat is within 40 minutes from Alicante Airport or 25 minutes from Murcia Airport. You can pre book a hire car through the airline. Alternatively you can book a car for yourselves, or we can arrange for you to be picked up at the Airport and taken to our apartment.

Our ground floor apartment has marble flooring throughout, also both bedrooms have large wardrobe and drawer space, a three seater settee plus armchair, circular dining table and chairs within the open plan living room. For those winter months the bathrooms have underfloor heating. The balcony overlooks the corner gardens, has a table, chairs and a sun lounger, (there is a small step between the living room and the balcony.)

The community of La Entrada has carefully maintained gardens to stroll around, three pools, two padling pools for young children. There are 24hr security cameras, with guards patrolling the complex.

Conditions

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the booking fee is required at the time of booking. The final balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date.
-A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required to cover the cost of any breakages/damages.This money is to be paid at the time of booking. On departure, once the property has been checked by our management the deposit will be refunded.
When vacating the apartment we ask that you please leave our Management Team €50.00, the charge for the clean on arrival.
