This 1st floor apartment is set in a beautiful resort style complex on the southern Costa Blanca. It has been furnished to a very high standard to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
It has its own fully furnished balcony with sea views and overlooks well maintained gardens, making it ideal for eating al fresco or just admiring the view.
The pool areas are perfect for relaxing in the sunshine or, if you prefer, the local beaches are just a short stroll away.
There are a variety of shops and excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk while the bustling Spanish town of Torrevieja is a just few minutes away on the local bus. Here you can spend your evening strolling along the promenade browsing at the market stalls selling local crafts or simply watching the sun go down at one of the many bars and restaurants. There are also 3 championship golf courses within a 15 minute drive from the apartment.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Punta Prima is situated on the Oruhuela Costa area of the Costa Blanca, south of Alicante. It has an excellent climate with temperatures ranging from 18 to 32 degrees C making it ideal for year round activities. The Costa Blanca offers some of the best tourist facilities in Spain with its blue flag beaches,championship golf courses as well as theme parks and water parks.There’s also horse riding, sailing, go-karting and tennis.
The city of Alicante is just 30 minutes away with its large marina and cosmopolitan shops & restaurants while the bright lights of Benidorm are only an hour's drive away. One of the best theme parks in Europe can be found here - Terra Mitica.
Inland, the beautiful, historic cities of Orihuela & Murcia are within easy reach & well worth a visit.
To the south of Punta Prima, lies the world famous resort of La Manga and the Mar Menor with its gorgeous beaches and beautiful lagoon.
Torrevieja area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area
Punta Prima itself is built on a headland with a lovely sandy beach on one side and rock pools sloping down to the sea on the other - ideal for children who will love spending the day trying to catch crabs and fish in the pools. The beaches at nearby La Zenia & Playa Flamenca are long white sandy beaches with blue flag status while the small marina at nearby Cabo Roig is beautiful and worth a visit.
The town of Torrevieja, just 10 minutes away, is built around a traditional Spanish fishing village & has beautiful churches, squares and fountains to admire. It boasts a large marina and promenade with plenty of bars & restaurants where you can sit and watch to sun go down in the evening. From the marina, you can take boat trips around the coast including to the nearby, unspoilt island of Tarbarca. Every Friday, there is an excellent market in Torrevieja itself and there are other excellent markets at Playa Flamenca or Guardamar every week.
A little inland you’ll find Villamartin with its famous golf course & Plaza. This come to life in the evening and you’ll find excellent restaurants serving food in a beautiful setting.
How to get there
Flights are available throughout the UK to Alicante or Murcia with BMI Baby, Easyjet and Ryanair as well as with package tour operators.
Alicante airport - 40km (approx 30 mins) Murcia airport ( San Javier ) - 30km (approx 20 mins)
Car hire is easily available from both airports as are taxis. Directions to the resort provided on confirmation of booking.

Further details indoors: The apartment is on the 1st floor overlooking beautiful gardens with sea views. There is hot and cold air conditioning and underfloor heating in both bathrooms, individually controlled.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed and floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes while the en-suite bathroom has his and hers wash basins and an excellent shower over the bath.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and again floor to ceiling wardrobes. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully fitted with cutlery and dishes provided to cater for 6 people. There is a stainless steel fridge freezer, full size oven with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and many other accessories to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen leads into a utility area where you will find the washer/dryer, iron & ironing board as well as seats and loungers for around the pool.
The lounge/dining area is well furnished to comfortably seat 6 people. There is a flat screen TV with English channels on satellite TV, a DVD/CD player and Playstation 2 together with an “I pod” docking station.
Further details outdoors: Patio doors lead from the lounge to the balcony where table and chairs are provided to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the sea views.
In the resort complex itself, there are 2 large pool areas with plenty of room for sunbathing - one of the pools has a large paddling area perfect for younger children. The pools are set in beautiful grounds which are extremely well maintained.
There is also a pitch and putt course within the resort which is due to open later this year.
The apartment has private underground parking facilities ideal if you've been shopping as you can carry your groceries directly from the car to the lift which opens just outside the apartment door.

Rates include bed linen and towels (except for the pool) and normal utilities. Final cleaning charge also included.
A booking will be confirmed on receipt of deposit. A non refundable deposit of 25% or £100 (whichever is the greater) will be required as well as a £100 security/damage deposit which is fully refundable subject to no damage.
The balance will be payable 8 weeks before departure. For bookings made within this time, payment in full is required to confirm the booking.
