This is an affordable, quality holiday property with English-speaking support services on the Costa Blanca, Spain. We offer a superb third floor penthouse apartment, equipped for up to 6 people, within the quality, private, gated complex of El Rincón at Playa Flamenca. It is ideal for families of all ages with good facilities within the complex and plenty of entertainment at the local commercial centre.
The apartment is comprised of a well-lit, modern open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. The bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, are equipped with quality beds, and the south-facing balcony opening off the living room and main bedroom is ideal for enjoying the warmth of early and late season sunshine.
The penthouse design gives the benefit of a private roof terrace, with BBQ, for sunbathing and relaxing with views of the sea.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region has a good sunny, warm climate with low rainfall. It has warm winter temperatures and sunshine most of the time. The general area is well worth exploring by car, so if you are coming for a couple of weeks we would recommend hiring a car and exploring further afield.
There is always something to do and see in this area which is one of the most popular tourist regions of Spain.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
There is an excellent local Saturday street market near Playa Flamenca Mercadona. There is easy access to many beaches within a few minutes walk or short car ride. La Zenia offers much for all the family including a large climbing net for younger family members and excellent beachside cafe. For the more energetic, there are pleasant coastal walks to Punta Prima and along the new promenade to several beaches and La Zenia.
Locally, there is an excellent range of restaurants and bars within easy access both on foot and by car. There are three excellent supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment and smaller shops providing all essential goods.
The towns of Murcia, Elche and Orihuela all interesting places to visit. Torrevieja has a good tourist market and a very nice promenade with an excellent range of places to eat. There is also a good water park in Torrevieja inland near the N332.
Other activitiies in the area include sailing at the yacht club Club Náutico at Cabo Roig; watersports from the beach at La Zenia; Golf at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor; Go-karting between Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima on N322 and bird watching at the salt lakes near Torreveija.
How to get there
All budget airlines fly to both Alicante or Murcia, Alicante is 35 min drive and Murcia is 25 min drive.

Further details indoors: The apartment is well decorated, with original paintings by one of the owners, and furnished with good quality, locally-made pine furniture creating a warm character. We provide patio furniture and there is some beach equipment also provided for your enjoyment. We hope you will respect this and leave it in good condition for our next guests.
Floors wihin the apartment are all level, so wheel chair access is possible, however the roof terrace is accessed by a spiral stairway only.
Further details outdoors: Access is by by lift and stairs. There is one allocated parking space within the complex with additional parking space outside. There are two good-sized community swimming pools and attractive landscaped gardens.
The apartment is south facing and so is excellent for winter sun. The roof terrace gives plenty of room for all to spread out and to host the evening BBQ.

Laundry and the cleaning of the apartment on your departure is not included in the listed prices; the costs for this service is around £53.00 depending on numbers in your party and is payable on arrival to our management service.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required on all bookings regardless of rental duration. This is payable by return, on confirmation by Yes-Lets of your booking.
The balance of your holiday price must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. If payment is not made by this time, your booking may be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. Having accepted your booking we will send you a confirmation invoice within 7 days.
A charge my be incurred if you change the details of your booking.
