Villa Algodon stands in a private,walled garden with pool & cold shower. The Villa has a large lounge with English Sky TV & DVD, separate kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine ,microwave,etc. There is a separate dining room leading on to terrace for alfresco dining under the gazebo, 2 bedrooms with air con in both, master bedroom has double bed & single, fitted wardrobe,second bedroom has 3 single beds 2 can be made up as double bed & wardrobe and large wet room recently refurbished. Patios front and rear, barbaque area sun loungers and patio furniture and is in easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, bowlling green, aqua park and church.

The pool with shower and garden are completly private and yours alone for the duration of your holiday no hassle for pool side beds, sun umbrellas and gazebo with seating, off road secure parking long drive large terrace patios back and front separate barbaque area with seating all areas tiled and ballustraded lemon tree and 2 orange trees, washing line to rear.

Minimum let one week normaly, electricity and gas included. Linen and towels provided please bring your own beach/pool towels. Refundable deposit £50.00 on keys /damage. Laundry and cleaning 50 eurosup to 4 people additional €10 pp over 4 people.payable on day of departure direct to Rita.this is for the duration of your holiday. Hiring fee payable 16 weeks before departure

“Wonderful villa, beautiful pool !” We had a wonderful weeks holiday at this very homely villa. The patio was lovely and the swimming pool was beautifully clean. Only a short car journey to the beach. Located on a very quiet private estate. Torrevieja was really nice and a walk along the promenade of an evening is a must. Thank you for a lovely stay. We'll definitely be back again.

“Nice place but needs aircon throughout !!!” Nice quiet place .Lovely pool. 2 mins walk from aqua park.In July in the heat walking about 7 mins to chinese which had lovely food ( Nearest place for food and drink).Washington square 10 mins walk.El chaparrel 12 to 15 mins walk.I would go back but only if there was aircon in the place.Just could not sleep at night as it was far too hot.Ceiling fans just circulated hot air around.There seemed to be aircon in a private bedroom which we did not have access to.I would happily have paid extra for the priviledge of being cool inside.Would rec if had aircon. Response: We have now had aircon fitted

“No air con” Just needs air con new iron and kettle and cleaner to come in through week and change sheets and towels, a really lovely villa really nice pool and grounds. Had a lovely stay. Response: We have had aircon fitted To help keep cost down we do not have a maid there is a washing machine to use
