The Villa has a large lounge with English Sky TV & DVD, separate kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine ,microwave,etc. There is a separate dining room leading on to terrace for alfresco dining under the gazebo, 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, master bedroom has double bed & single, fitted wardrobe,second bedroom has 3 single beds 2 can be made up as double bed & wardrobe and large wet room recently refurbished. Patios front and rear, barbaque area sun loungers and patio furniture and is in easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, bowlling green, aqua park and church.

The pool with shower and garden are completly private and yours alone for the duration of your holiday no hassle for pool side beds, sun umbrellas and gazebo with seating, off road secure parking long drive large terrace patios back and front separate barbaque area with seating all areas tiled and ballustraded lemon tree and 2 orange trees, washing line to rear.

Minimum let one week normaly, electricity and gas included. Linen and towels provided please bring your own beach/pool towels. Refundable deposit £50.00 on keys /damage. Laundry and cleaning 40 eurosup to 4 people additional €10 pp over 4 people.payable on day of departure direct to Rita.this is for the duration of your holiday. Hiring fee payable 12 weeks before departure
