This 2 bedroom penthouse apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The living/dining room is comfortably furnished and is bright and airy, opening up onto the balcony making this area ideal for Al Fresco dining. The balcony overlooks the gated communal swimming pool area making it ideal for parents to watch their children play in the pool area.
There is a private roof terrace which is perfect for soaking up the rays in the peace and quiet, there are also stunning views of the sea and surrounding area from here.
The apartment is located within a ten minute walk of the nearest shops and restaurants, within 15 minutes a wider range of bars and restaurants can be found and the beach is a 20 minute walk away. Torrevieja town and marina is a 10 minute drive and here you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and a year round fun fair. There are 3 golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the apartment making it ideal for golfers as well as couples and families.
Towells, linen, electricity and air conditioning are included in the price of the apartment.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Torrevieja is located on the Costa Blanca in Spain and is less than an hours drive from both Alicante Airport and Murcia Airport. As Torrevieja is so easily accessible it makes a popular holiday destination.
Torrevieja is on the Southern Coast of Spain on the Costa Blanca so it benefits from the mild Meditteranean climate all year round. Torrevieja has blue flag sandy beaches and is within easy reach of four golf courses making it an ideal destination for families, couples and of course- golfers.
Torrevieja area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area
Torrevieja is a pretty traditional Spanish market town and has a beautiful marina, numerous restaurants and bars, four beaches, a casino, ten pin bowling alley, shopping centre and an evening fun fair by the harbour. There is also a street market every Friday morning.
The Torrevieja water park is one of the biggest water parks on the Costa Blanca, and is very popular with people of all ages.
Torrevieja is also well known for the salt lakes that can be found just outside the town and the huge piles of salt can be seen are very impressive. The production of salt in Torrevieja is one of the main in Europe, a visit to "The Salinas" is recommended.
Also nearby is Cabo Roig, here you'll find a lovely harbour and gentle walks along the coast line. Cartagena is also home to a harbour and pretty beaches.
How to get there
You can fly to either Alicante or Murcia airport. Most airlines fly to one or another of the airports, try looking at www.easyjet.com or www.ryanair.com or www.flybmi.com or www.britishairways.com
Our apartment is approximately 45 minute drive from Alicante Airport and 30 minute drive from Murcia Airport, its an easy drive on good roads and we provide clear instructions for you to follow.
Car Hire is recommended however we can arrange for collection if required for an additional cost. We use www.aurigacrown.com although there are plenty to choose from.

You'll be met at the start of your holiday by our English representative who shall show you around the property and show you how the air conditioning works etc. This is included in the price of the apartment unless you arrive between the hours of 10pm to 6am where there will be an additional charge of 20euros.
Please note this is a top floor apartment so unfortunately our property is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 or €100 required in cash on arrival, to be refunded at the time of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
When booking a £60 per week non refundable deposit is required with balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
