The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is mainland Spains most popular year round holiday area on the Mediterranean coastline. The " White Cost " enjoys a perfect Mediterranean climate, warm winters average daily temperature 17 degrees centigrade hot summers reaching 40 degrees centigrade in July and August. low rainfall and averaging 300 days sunshine per year.
The World Health Organisation recognise this climate as beneficial for people with Arthritis, Rhuematism etc making it an ideal winter break.
The cities of Cartagena, Orihuela, Alicante and Murcia are steeped in Spanish history and culture, Benidorm a popular holiday retreat are all worthy of a visit by local coach approx 10 Euro per trip.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Playa Flameca is situated on the Orihuela coastline of southern Costa Blanca, it is the ideal holiday location for a variety of tastes, it can be as active and bustling or as quiet and peaceful as you wish.
The Bungalow is within a ten minute drive of three magnificent golf courses, 1/ Club De Golf Villamartin 2/ Real Club De Golf 3/ Las Ramblas De Orihuela.
Close to some of the finest blue flag beaches on the Costa Blanca, many with water sports in summer, local market every Saturday, one of the finest in Spain. Many local Supermarkets, excellent restaurants very reasonably priced and bars featuring entertainment all within walking distance, the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre with over 25 restaurants and bars having great ambience in the evening is 15 minutes walk from the Bungalow.
The Abbey Tavern with supervised play area and bouncy castles catering for families with children is 5 minutes walk away with good food, reasonable priced it`s great if you don`t want to cook, also Go Carts are just a short walk away.
Torreveja the nearest town with salt lakes, Aqua Park, Marina, Promenade, Habaneras shopping centre with fashionable shops and cafe`s is less than 5 Km away.
How to get there
You can fly to Murcia or Alicante airport, the journey takes 20 minutes by car from Murcia and 45 minutes from Alicante, A number of low cost Airlines use both airports, including Monarch, Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2.com.
Car hire is available at reasonable rates at both airports or if you wish we can arrange airport pick ups for you if you do not want to hire a car, the cost is usually between 30 and 40 Euros each way.
Transport is available should you require their services during your stay at very reasonable rates.

Master bedroom and bedroom 2 have large single beds which can be used as one six foot wide king size bed, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirrors and hair dryers.
The lounge is very comfortable with satellite TV, DVD CD player and radio, books and games for your comfort and pleasure, all towels and bed linen provided, beach towels are also provided.
Two cots available.

We require a £50 non refundable deposit at the time of booking, the balance to be paid six weeks prior to your stay. A £100 breakages deposit is required with your balance , this is fully refundable after your departure, subject to satisfactory inspection.

Great holiday, walking kept us fit, visited Calpe, Benidorm and Alicante, by bus and train great adventure, would need a car if you wanted to venture further a field. Beach was great, really clean. Supermarkets and bars very handy. Bungalow fantastic. Thanks very much for renting it to us.

Excellent holiday, lots of great places to eat and drink, highly recommended the Abbey and Chinese ( Chino ) . Would recommend you hire a car to get around from J D News very helpful people. The beach at La Zenia is very good. Saturday market has everything you need ie, clothes, food, gifts etc, for a night out the Playa Flamenca centre is really good. Torrevieja is good for shopping and restaurants and just a little further past Torrevieja is a shopping mall and bowling for the children. We found June and Tommy`s book very helpful for finding places. Thanks June and Tommy hope to see you soon.
