Fully equipped kitchen for home from home comfort. Main bathroom with bath and shower, bidet, WC and wash basin, en suite has shower, wash basin and WC.
Master bedroom and bedroom 2 have large single beds which can be used as one six foot wide king size bed, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirrors and hair dryers.
The lounge is very comfortable with satellite TV, DVD CD player and radio, books and games for your comfort and pleasure, all towels and bed linen provided, beach towels are also provided.

We require a £50 non refundable deposit at the time of booking, the balance to be paid six weeks prior to your stay. A £100 breakages deposit is required with your balance , this is fully refundable after your departure, subject to satisfactory inspection.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The Costa Blanca is mainland Spains most popular year round holiday area on the Mediterranean coastline. Close to some of the finest blue flag beaches on the Costa Blanca, many with water sports in summer, local market every Saturday, one of the finest in Spain. Many local Supermarkets, excellent restaurants very reasonably priced and bars featuring entertainment all within walking distance, the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre with over 25 restaurants and bars having great ambience in the evening is 15 minutes walk from the Bungalow. The LA ZENIA BOULAVARD IS A 10 min walk from the bungalow. THIS IS A NEW SHOPPING CENTRE WITH MANY BARS AND RESTAURANTS, childrens AMUSMENTS, cafe'S AND ENTERTAINMENT. SOMEWHERE TO GO THAT WILL APPEAL TO EVERYONE.

The ABBEY TAVERN with supervised play area and bouncy castles and NIGHTLY FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT SHOWS WHICH ARE FREE IF YOU ARE EATING OR DRINKING catering for families with children is 5 minutes walk away with good food, reasonable priced it`s great if you don`t want to cook, also Go Carts are just a short walk away. There is a BOWLING ALLEY at the LA ZENIA BOULAVARD.
Torreveja the nearest town with salt lakes, Aqua Park, Marina, Promenade, Habaneras shopping centre with fashionable shops and cafe`s is less than 5 Km away. There is a fair in Torrevieja, THERE IS A BEAUTIFUL MARINA IN TORREVIEJA WITH VERY FASHIONABLE UPMARKET BARS OVERLOOKING THE YACHTS WHICH ARE VERY POPULAR UNTIL THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING.

"fab location lovely bungalow"
we stayed from 27th jan to 8th feb and we had a lovely 12 days weather was lovely a few windy days but didnt stop us sunbathing on roof terrace june and tommy were brilliant hosts from start to finish bungalow is in alovely position central to everything shops and so many places to eat and drink lovely home and beds were so comfortable everything was perfect thankyou to june and tommy we will definitely be back

"brilliant place to stay"
stayed in this villa in june we were 2 couples. this house has everything you need for a great holiday. tommy and june the owners were extremely nice and very helpful. lots of bars and restaurants nearby....favourite bar was the abbey tavern very friendly...food not great there though...lots of places to eat.....great chinese in main centre...overall this was a wonderful holiday and the house is perfect place to stay....will be back next year

"Fantastic bungalow, home from home but in the sunshine"
Fantastic bungalow with all ammenities and shared pool. Beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Tommy and June are both lovely and Tommy was able to do the transfers to and from the airport and offer advice on what there is to do in the local area.
Ideal for a break away with the children of all ages as there is a local pub that has entertainment every evening for children and their parents, computers for teenagers for their facebook fix too!
If you want to see more of the Costa Blanca and do not have a car then you can book a coach trip from the centre of town that will take you to other places of interest.
