About the home

Fully equipped for total comfort in the heart of Playa Flamenca with lovely private garden, making it suitable for children, terrace with table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun, barbecue and seating areas where you can light the charcoal and sit back sipping your cocktails whilst the steaks are cooking.

Large private rooftop solarium getting the sun at all times with four sunbeds allowing you to relax and develop your tan. Communal swimming pool perfect for those hot summer days.

Terrace outside lounge with table and four chairs perfect for a "leisurely" breakfast in the sun, front garden table and seating for six where you can relax and sip your wine, smell the jasmine in the privacy of the lovely garden while the barbecue cooks your dinner or if you prefer have a sundowner in the side garden where you get the last of the evening sun.

Air conditioning in lounge and master bedroom, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and lounge, central heating in winter months.

Fully equipped kitchen for home from home comfort. Main bathroom with bath and shower, bidet, WC and wash basin, en suite has shower, wash basin and WC.

Master bedroom and bedroom 2 have large single beds which can be used as one six foot wide king size bed, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirrors and hair dryers.

The lounge is very comfortable with satellite TV, DVD CD player and radio, books and games for your comfort and pleasure, all towels and bed linen provided, beach towels are also provided.

Two cots available.

Private locked gates and car parking space for two cars. One minute walk to communal pool, which is only open to residents and guests, accessible with key ( provided ).

Key provided to gated enclosure. Several supermarkets, excellent restaurants, bars and entertainment within 5 minute walk. close enough to enjoy but far enough not to spoil the peace of your holiday.

Beautiful blue flag beaches within 20 minutes walk.

We require a £50 non refundable deposit at the time of booking, the balance to be paid six weeks prior to your stay. A £100 breakages deposit is required with your balance , this is fully refundable after your departure, subject to satisfactory inspection.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is mainland Spains most popular year round holiday area on the Mediterranean coastline. The " White Cost " enjoys a perfect Mediterranean climate, warm winters average daily temperature 17 degrees centigrade hot summers reaching 40 degrees centigrade in July and August. low rainfall and averaging 300 days sunshine per year.

The World Health Organisation recognise this climate as beneficial for people with Arthritis, Rhuematism etc making it an ideal winter break.

The cities of Cartagena, Orihuela, Alicante and Murcia are steeped in Spanish history and culture, Benidorm a popular holiday retreat are all worthy of a visit by local coach approx 10 Euro per trip.

The Torrevieja Area / Playa Flamenca area

Playa Flameca is situated on the Orihuela coastline of southern Costa Blanca, it is the ideal holiday location for a variety of tastes, it can be as active and bustling or as quiet and peaceful as you wish.

The Bungalow is within a ten minute drive of three magnificent golf courses, 1/ Club De Golf Villamartin 2/ Real Club De Golf 3/ Las Ramblas De Orihuela.

Close to some of the finest blue flag beaches on the Costa Blanca, many with water sports in summer, local market every Saturday, one of the finest in Spain. Many local Supermarkets, excellent restaurants very reasonably priced and bars featuring entertainment all within walking distance, the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre with over 25 restaurants and bars having great ambience in the evening is 15 minutes walk from the Bungalow.

The Abbey Tavern with supervised play area and bouncy castles catering for families with children is 5 minutes walk away with good food, reasonable priced it`s great if you don`t want to cook, also Go Carts are just a short walk away.

Torreveja the nearest town with salt lakes, Aqua Park, Marina, Promenade, Habaneras shopping centre with fashionable shops and cafe`s is less than 5 Km away.

You can fly to Murcia or Alicante airport, the journey takes 20 minutes by car from Murcia and 45 minutes from Alicante, A number of low cost Airlines use both airports, including Monarch, Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2.com.

Car hire is available at reasonable rates at both airports or if you wish we can arrange airport pick ups for you if you do not want to hire a car, the cost is usually between 30 and 40 Euros each way.

Transport is available should you require their services during your stay at very reasonable rates.

“Fantastic bungalow, home from home but in the sunshine” Fantastic bungalow with all ammenities and shared pool. Beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Tommy and June are both lovely and Tommy was able to do the transfers to and from the airport and offer advice on what there is to do in the local area. Ideal for a break away with the children of all ages as there is a local pub that has entertainment every evening for children and their parents, computers for teenagers for their facebook fix too! If you want to see more of the Costa Blanca and do not have a car then you can book a coach trip from the centre of town that will take you to other places of interest.

Bungalow as described " Very Elegant " and even though the weather was chilly and damp, it was cosy and warm inside the bungalow.
Well equipped and a great location,very central for the beaches,bars and supermarkets.
Terrace great for " people watching " while enjoying a glass of wine.
Information book very helpful, A lovely warm welcome from June and Tommy, shall return soon.

A very warm welcome from June and Tommy, this couple have bent over backwards to help us enjoy our holiday, Thanks to Tommy for coming to help at a moments notice when we needed him.
The bungalow is better than described we have had everything we needed and more.
After reading Junes information book we have had a great week sightseeing around the area,good weather all week making our daily trips more enjoyable.
A great time and a good laugh has been had by all.
If you don`t have a car local facilities and beaches all within walking distance, a good choice of bars,restaurants and supermarkets, some lovely little shops for special gifts.

Lovely bungalow , very well equipped in a nice quiet area, nice garden with shaded seating areas.
Beautiful local beaches in small coves with lovely warm sea.
Plenty of bars and eating places located nearby.
