There is a very good night life in Playa Flamenca itself with a wide variety of bars, restaurants, something to suit everyone. A weekly Saturday market within a five minute walk is a must. Nearby is Torrevieja with its beautiful marina boat trips fun fair and market stalls and excellent walks.
There are three championship golf courses within 15 mins drive from the apartment, Playa Flamenca has over 300 days of sunshine per year making it one of the healthiest regions in Europe as stated by the World's Health Organisation.

The apartment is freshly decorated two bedroom upper property, furnished to a high standard with air conditioning/ heating. Due to high rising electricity costs there is a 3 euro charge per day for the use of the air con Living area consists of three seater settee/sofa bed chair plasma with sky TV DVD player, table and four chairs, lamps ceiling fans, unit with CD player, plus various CD, DVDs and videos for all ages to use a your leisure.
A fully well equipped kitchen for all your needs.
Spacious and airy master Bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, alarm clock and two bedside lamps and ceiling fan.safe and chest of drawers. Tastefully furnished for a relaxing atmosphere.
Bedroom two has two single beds, bedside cabinet, and chest of drawers, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobe.

Enter the apartment by private gated staircase.
We also have a sunny balcony overlooking the pool which has a table and four chairs, perfect for reading relaxing and having a cup of tea.
Via the balcony you gain access to the roof terrace with has a BBQ area four sun loungers, table and six chairs, plus gazebo for shade. From here you can see our wonderful sea views.
There is electric points and lighting on the roof terrace and balcony.

Beach towels not provided. bed linen provided. the bath towels provided are for use in the apartment only.
A £100 deposit is payable when booking, final payment is due eight weeks prior to stay.
Refundable breakage deposit of £50 is required with final payment/ to be refunded after departure, (subject to satisfactory inspection).
Please obtain your own comprehensive insurance cover as we can not be held responsible for injury lose damage cancellation delay etc. however in the event of cancellation by us (the owners) then all monies will be refunded.
Vacation of the property should be 12.00pm on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed when booking.

Beaches
The nearest beach of Playa Flamenca is just 5 minutes away. With many beautiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day.
There are Three World championship golf courses (Villamartin/ Las Ramblas/ Campamor)
Newly opened in Punta Prima is the Scuba Diving School next to Nautilus Restaurant over looking the Mediterranean.
Benidorm can be reached by car in approx 1 hour here you will find a fabulous Water Park and Theme Park for a great day out for all the family.
The Torrevieja Area / Playa Flamenca area
The local Commercial is just a short distance away with lots of bars, restaurants to cater for all tastes.
There are many activities in the area such as:
Go karting (all ages), Horse Riding, Water Sports (jet ski etc)
Punta Prima beach has children's section here you will find a activity centre in the sea (well supervised by life guards) pedalos, and jet skis plus a great sandy beach.

Murcia Airport is just 20 minutes from the apartment, there are plenty of budget airlines that fly there daily, Monarch, Easy Jet and BMI Baby to name a few.
Alternatively there is Alicante airport which is a 45min drive using motorway or coast roads.
DIRECTIONS
Alicante airport - take the N332 road to CARTAGENA approx 44kms at Punta Prima look for the slip road sign posted for Playa Flamenca. Alternatively take the AP7 motorway heading to Cartagena. Exit at LA Zenia through the toll booth and follow directions given on booking.
MURCIA - Using the motorway or coast road take AP-7 towards Alicante for AROUND 25KM EXIT AT La Zenia through toll and follow directions on booking.
