About the home

The house is situated within easy walking distance of two unspoilt beaches and has many good quality and reasonably priced restaurants also close to the house. There are a number of supermarkets conveniently situated the nearest being Appox.800 metres away.

The house comes with use of a beautifully appointed communal pool including a children's pool all within well kept gardens. The property has many facilities nearby such as 3 international golf courses with the famous Villa Martin being one. There are also park areas with football and basket ball pitches nearby.

The house has a fantastic roof terrace with a stone built barbecue and quality dining furniture. There are two other terraces where you can relax in comfortable shade after a hard day sunbathing at the beach.

Fully equipped bathroom with shower over,bath,basin, w.c. and bidet. separate ground floor w.c. with wash basin and Air con. fitted plus all rooms have ceiling fans in addition. There is an oil filled radiator for evenings during the cooler month. All three terraces have their own patio furniture.
There is a travel cot in the house for the small ones in your group.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa Blanca is famed for its many golden sand beaches. It also has many beautiful rural areas with orange and lemon plantations bounding the quiet roads and lanes.
Alicante the main town is a lively cosmopolitan port city.

The region has many salt marsh wetlands famous for bird spotting especially Flamingoes.

The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos, Torrevieja area

Torreveija is a bustling fishing port with many shops and good quality restaurants. It has a large street market weekly on a Friday morning which is a must to visit but if you miss it there are regular markets on other days in Playa Flamenca and Rojales. Torreveija has a 3 day festival the first weekend of May when the streets are filled with people partying in traditional dress and the seafront has stalls and marquees serving fantastic local food and wine.

The are has a number of golf courses which are all within 10 minute drive from our property.

Nature lovers will find lovely walks with opportunities to see bird life both wet and dry feathered in the nature reserve at La Mata which is 10 mins drive away.

EasyJet, Monarch, B.A.and many others fly into Alicante which is approx 40mins drive away.

Car Hire in both airports

Buses run regularily from both Airports (approx 45 mins with with a change in Alicante town).and from Murcia (appox. 25 mins)
