This is a new house in a quite location overlooking pool and garden area. An array of shops,bars, restaurants and super market are within a 10 minute walk. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is infamous because of its long, white, sandy beaches that extend over most of its coastline. Although the coastline is the main focus, there is also plenty to do and see including the historic cities of Alicante and Valencia.


Torrevieja area / Aguas Nuevas area

Nestling between two large salt lakes and the Mediterranean, Torrevieja is ideally placed within 30/40 minutes of the airports Alicanti and Murcia. Because of it’s location it has its own micro-climate, considered by the World Health Organisations to be one of the healthiest in the World and boasts 320 days sunshine a year. It has a cosmopolitan flavour that can be seen in the array of shops and services and a Friday street market. There are two marinas, and several beaches fly the prestigious blue flag. Also located in Torrevieja is bike hire, bowling, cinema complex, sports centre, horse riding, go-carting and an aqua park The promenade is flaked by ice cream parlours and fine restaurants. Torrevieja has several musical festivals and an all year round cultural programme. The smaller salt lake is surrounded by a protected parkland with nature trails for walking or cycling. Aguas Nuevas is 3kms north of the town centre with a good bus services to all activities. Beaches and bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance.

Conditions

A refundable breakages deposit of 50 pounds or 75 euros to be paid, returnable 7 days after your return home by cheque after inspection from manager.
A deposit of £50 per week required to reserve a booking payment in full 6 weeks before arrival.

Extras are If people arrive between the hours of 8.00pm and 8.00am there is a local charge of 20 Euros for meeting during unsocial hours.
A welcome pack 18 Euros. (Consists of tea bags, milk, water, orange juice, bread, butter, jam, cornflakes, eggs, 6 cans of beer and a bottle of Cava).
Cot hire 20 Euros a week high chairs 10 Euros a week.
All payable locally.

Roy,
The villa was excellent, very clean, with good facilities and we made good use of the excellent communal pool. The solarium was much appreciated in the evenings as was the air-conditioning, which made conditions in the villa most comfortable during the night. It was also very useful to have access to sky sports etc during our time there – I watched a great deal of the Tour de France during our stay!
The people that we dealt with were all very helpful from Linda who was looking after the property in your absence to the lady who came to clean – this was much appreciated by my wife in particular who finds it difficult to sit still if she knows that there is any cleaning to be done! Thanks again,
