Our modern & luxurious apartment is located on the top floor in Ocean Front Resort La Entrada at Punta Prima. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with bath and floor heating, a spacious living room with TV and radio with CD player, comfortable furniture and an open plan kitchen.
The living room is light, bright & furnished with plenty of seating including a sofa bed, dining table, TV and great views. From the huge roof terrace of 45 m2 with total privacy, you have a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea, the resort and the surrounding area, even to La Manga.
The apartment also has an air-conditioning, marble floors, alarm system, video system, Satellite TV and private parking and storage in the garage under the building. From here you can very easily reach the apartment through the lift.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca extends along that section of the Mediterranean coast which corresponds to the province of Alicante, is made up of two clearly differentiated scenic sectors. To the North, a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs; to the South, a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees and salt deposits make up the backdrop for the beaches.
The climate offers variations as well.The temperatures are usually mild -the annual average is a little higher than 17ºC- and rain is scare, though the pluvosity is logically higher in the mountainous northern sector, in comparison with the lowlands which surround Elche and Orihuela.
The fields of almond trees, the vineyards, the fruit orchards and the magnificent palm trees form a vegetation which emphasises the oriental nature of the landscape.

Punta Prima - A beautiful coastal resort located in the southern Costa Blanca district of Orihuela Costa, Punta Prima is within easy reach of several fantastic beaches all with ‘blue flag’ status for cleanliness and safety. Punta Prima’s own beach is renowned for its fine white sand & is within walking distance of all the main amenities of the town.
It enjoys a fabulous Mediterranean climate with mild winters & scorching summers, it is renowned as a very healthy place to live, boasting over three hundred sunny days each year & very infrequent rainfall. Winter temperatures rarely fall below 8 degrees Centigrade & the mean temperature for the year is around 20 degrees.
If you want to go out just go to the Friday market on Torrevieja or the shopping mall and commercial centre with a cinema, mini fair, aqua- park and a casino. Walk to local amenities including shop, bars and restaurants. 5 minuts walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
Punta Prima is perfect for a 'car free' vacation - everything you need is within walking distance.

The property is available to rent 52 weeks of the year, we accept short term stays (min. 3 days) holiday lets, corporate and long term residential lets. We have a management company in the immediate vicinity who are on hand 24hrs a day to look after you throughout your stay.
BOOKING PROCESS
Please email first to check that your desired dates are available. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will be sent a booking form which should be completed and returned by mail or email together with your 25% deposit (we accept cheque or card payments). If your booking is less than 8 weeks before your arrival full payment must be sent with the booking form. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking form and after your deposit has cleared the bank. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the T&Cs
Cleaning fee applies to all reservations payable to our Management Company on arrival in Spain: €60
