If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday in superb surroundings - this property fits the bill! Light, airy, modern with wonderful sea views it is a perfect place to relax and unwind. And for those nights when you want it not so quiet, down town Torrevieja is just a few minutes away and has an array of bars, restaurants and night clubs!
Also ideally located for golfers as there are three superb golf courses within easy reach (by car) at Campoamor, Villa Martin and Las Ramblas.

You will be met by English representatives when you arrive at the property who live locally and will be on hand to assist with any queries.
Hopefully you will not need to use either, but for peace of mind, please ensure that before you leave home that you have full travel insurance, and also a fully completed E111 Form or Card, which is a certificate of entitlement to urgent medical benefits, if required, during a short-term stay in a member state of the EU.
We kindly ask that you vacate the property by 2pm on the day of departure. Later departure times can be arranged if necessary.
Conditions
A £75 security deposit is required to confirm the booking; the security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of the end of your holiday following a satisfactory inspection of the property and its contents. The rental fee is to be paid in Euros on arrival at the property.
We can also arrange transfers from Murcia and Alicante airports - 50 Euros for a return trip from Murcia and 80 Euros for a return trip from Alicante for four people - please ask for contact details.

The Torrevieja area enjoys hot dry summers and mild winters, so is an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year. It is said to be good for sufferers of arthritis, asthma and rheumatism. The area is regarded by the World Health Organisation as having the healthiest climate in Europe.
Torrevieja isn’t a package holiday resort as there are only a few hotels and the area is much loved by the Spanish who flock here during the summer months for their holidays.
The area includes many fantastic beaches, and several golf courses in close proximity. Sporting activities within a short radius include tennis, horseriding and numerous watersports. The town of Torrevieja has a wide variety of shops and restaurants, with a busy marina, entertaining nightlife and constant activity.
For a great day out visit Aquopolis, one of the biggest water parks on the Costa Blanca located just outside Torrevieja and the famous Terra Mitica theme park is situated just outside Benidorm (approximately 1 hour drive).
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).
Jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor. Horse-riding, go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive.
English is widely spoken in the shops, bars and restaurants so you will not find it a problem to communicate.
The Torrevieja Area / Mar Azul, Torrevieja area
We are able to put you in touch with a reliable English couple who live locally who can offer airport transfers from Murcia and Alicante as follows:
1-3 persons 50 euros return to Murcia;1-3 persons 80 euros return to Alicante
4-6 persons 60 euros return to Murcia;4-6 persons 90 euros return to Alicante
They are also able to offer day trips to water parks, markets, shopping in Murcia, Benidorm or just evenings out; all these can be pre-booked or arranged during your stay. Just ask for contact details.
There is also a direct bus service from Alicante Airport to the bus station in Torrevieja, which is then a 10 minute taxi ride to the apartment.
The service offers 8 round trips a day, 365 days a year:
Torrevieja to Airport: 7:00, 9:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00, 21:00
Airport to Torrevieja: 8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00

The express passenger service between Torrevieja bus station and Alicante Airport is direct, with no stops.
The route selected will run inland via the A-7 highway instead of following the N-332 route, thus avoiding traffic delays on the N-332, especially during the summer months.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the property and the centre of Torrevieja is a short bus ride away. The bus goes from the end of the road and costs approx €1.20. If you get off at the bus station you are ideally located for all the shops, bars, restaurants, fairground and the craft market.
There are many local attractions including 4 golf courses all within 15 minutes drive; long sandy beaches; evening fun fair; go-karting; aqua park and boat trips from the marina (around the coastline or to the beautiful Tabaca island). There is a harbour walkway which takes you out to sea and provides a great view of the Torrevieja coastline.
The craft market can be found along the promenade, which comes alive from early evening and sells local arts, crafts, jewellery, leather goods and African carved art. Local artists sell fabulous scenic pictures, paint or draw your portrait or even do a caricature. Just behind the promenade you will find a permanent fun fair, great for the young and young at heart!
Eating out is a pleasure in Torrevieja with an abundance of Spanish, English, German, American and Chinese restaurants and bars. Every Friday Torrevieja holds one of the largest open-air markets in Spain and sells all kinds of food, textiles, clothes and accessories.
The town has a good shopping area with lots of independently owned shops selling a variety of goods. There is also a shopping mall (Habaneras) and large hypermarket (Carrefour). An indoor market is open daily where you can buy fresh produce; fish, meat, fruit and vegetables.
The beaches along the coastline are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor. All of these beaches have been awarded a blue flag signifying safety and high quality.

Murcia is the nearest airport and is approx 20 mins drive to the property; Alicante has more choice on flights (and is generally cheaper) and is a 45 mins drive. Many airlines fly to either airport e.g. Easyjet, Jet2.com, Flybe, Ryanair.
There is now a direct bus service from Alicante Airport to Torrevieja bus station, which is then a 10 minute taxi ride to the property. This service offers 8 round trips a day, 365 days a year:

Various car hire companies are located in the airport but can also be booked online. Would recommend the company Carjet. Car hire is dependent on the type of holiday you are looking for. We personally feel that there are enough bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance but if you want to go to amenities such as Terra Mitica theme park or to the water park, Aquapolis then a car is advisable. The beaches in the town are a short bus ride away but there are many beautiful blue flag beaches along the coastline and you will need a car to reach them. If you do hire a car and fancy a day out then a trip to Cartagena and Alicante are well worth it.
