Some excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance, whilst the main town of Torrevieja is just a 15 minute drive away. Torrevieja area / Campoamor/Mil Palmeras area
The Torrevieja area boasts one of the healthiest climates in the world, according to the World Health Organisation. The areas of Cabo Roig and La Zenia on the Orihuela Costa provide vibrant nightlife with many bars and restaurants within walking distance of each other. Numerous beaches in the area have been awarded the Blue Flag in recognition of high quality and safety.
The three main golf courses of Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin provide challenging yet enjoyable sport. Alternatively, the 19th hole is the perfect place to while away the time with some of the local delicacies! The golfing is on a par with that found at La Manga, but available at a fraction of the price and without the crowds.
The main town of Torrevieja is just 15 minutes drive away and in the evening you will find market stalls along the popular promenade at which you're sure to bag a bargain! The entire area is home to some fantastic restaurants featuring cuisine from around the world. When it comes to authentic Spanish restaurants, one of the area's best kept secrets is a restaurant within walking distance of the apartment (they serve one of the best paellas on the planet!).
The nearby towns of Murcia, Alicante and Elche provide some amazing historical sight-seeing opportunities and give you the opportunity to experience 'the real Spain'. For thrill-seekers, the nearby adventure park of Terra Mitica is a must!
How to get there
The property is easy to get to and is well served by major airports and road networks.
Alicante airport is an easy 45 minute drive and Murcia airport is just 20 minutes by car.
Both airports are served by a number of low cost airlines, including www.easyjet.com and www.ryanair.com.
Several major hire car companies operate at the airports. Europcar is one of the popular ones and very affordable car hire can be booked with your flights through your chosen carrier.

Conditions
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be accepted as part payment of the final amount.
The balance must be paid 8 Weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. Payment can be made by cheque/banker's draft/money order/postal order or electronically by bank transfer.
Should you wish to cancel, we will require written notification. Our cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 56 days before planned arrival date - deposit only will be charged. Between 56 - 29 days before planned arrival date - 50% charge. Between 28 - 14 days before planned arrival date - 70% charge. Between 0 - 13 days before planned arrival date - 100% charge.
A fully refundable security deposit of £125/€150, due with final payment no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. This is held as a damage deposit against any breakages or losses and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property, no later than 14 business days after the day on which you vacate the property.
A small charge of £50/€60 for laundry and cleaning will also be due with your final payment, no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony, but we would request that you do not smoke in the apartment.
