About the home

Holiday home located in the heart of Playa Flamenca in the quiet yet lovely Miraflores II community. Elegant and peaceful, but close to Torrevieja with its all amenities. Ideal for golf enthusiasts and watersports. Local Saturday market is just around the corner, where mouth watering specialities are sold all day.
This lovely house comprises of 2 double bedrooms situated on the ground floor, both with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. For your comfort air conditioning is installed. There is a family size bathroom with a bath, overbath shower, wc, bidet and marble vanity basin and another one upstairs with a shower, basin and wc. The upstairs is a large open place, which consists of a comfortable lounge area with 2 sofas, armchairs, 2 coffee tables, a large TV with full choice of English channels and a feature fireplace. The middle section is a dining area with an extending table and comfy seating for 6. Patio doors lead to an oversized conservatory and terrace.
On the left hand size there is a fully equipped kitchen, from where another door leads outside.
The solarium has a sofa, dining table with four chairs and 2 sunloungers. During the summer, the glass will retract providing a cool breeze. Extending further, the lovely terrace equipped with a table and chairs overlooks the pool and immaculate gardens.

For extra comfort, air conditioning system is installed in every room, providing a cool breeeze in the summer or extra warmth during winter months.
As extra space, there is a fully equipped utility room.
Beach towels are not provided.

The property is gated with a small paved patio at the front.
The gardens and pools are kept in perfect condition and are open all year.
The community is gated and traffic free for your safety and enjoyment.
A pool with a children's' section is just outside the property and is visible from the terrace.
Second pool with a shallow end is 2 minutes walk through the lovely gardens.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of 125 euros required with the balance to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
200 euros deposit is required to secure the booking with final balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Discount offered for long term rentals (4 weeks or more).

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Torrevieja Area / Playa Flamenca area

The beautiful resort of Playa Flamenca is situated on the Orihuela Costa coastline and is a popular holiday destination in the southern Costa Blanca in Spain. There are superb beaches, such as La Zenia, Punta Prima and Mar Azul, some of these being famous Blue Flag beaches.
In the nearest town of Torrevieja there is a great range of facilities and entertaiment, international dining and something for the kids.
Within walking distance is the Flamenca beach commercial centre with its lovely shops, local cuisine and entertaiment, and a Mercadona supermarket is situated nearby.
Golf enthusiasts will find some of the finest golf courses, such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas or La Finca, a mere 10 minutes drive away.
Children and parents alike will enjoy hair rising rides in lovely Aquaparks, one situated in Torrevieja and the other in Quesada.

With its lovely climate and beautiful weather all year round, Playa Flamenca is an ideal spot for a family holiday, or just for a weekend break away.

If parking is needed, 40 euros deposit for the remote control is payable to the key holder.

The deposit is refunded on last day when the keys are collected.
