Home description

This is a comfortable apartment which sleeps 4 with ease, it has a walled rear patio area , were you can relax in the sun until late morning .The front patio is blessed with sun from late morning until late afternoon.There are sun loungers,chairs and table for dining al fresco on the patio,which is a delight at any time.The whole urbanization is generally a peaceful area which has 2 pools to help you keep fit and should you be a bit more ambitious there are 2 bicycles to help explore the surroundings.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Plenty to do for the young and not so young visitors, with all that the Costa Blanca has to offer. There are some of spains most attractive beaches locally,with a good sellection of shops, golf courses,fishing,go karting,tennis,bars and restaurants .There are many villages just inland from Playa Flemenca with all the history of Spain both past and present and the climate in this part of the world is one the best.

Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area

A large street market, each saturday just a short walk away. Various festivals thoughout the year. There is a spa bath in Fortuna which is only under a hour away, and is a excellent day out for all the family. There are varied free bus trips to a number of interesting places.
Torrevieja has adjacent saltlakes and a nature reserve. and many shops.There are 4 lovely beaches all local with adjacent restruants and bars. should you need a bank,doctor,chemist etc these are all a short distance from the apartment.

How to get there

Fly to Alicanti or Murcia, with Easyjet, Ryanair, Flyby etc. 40 mins from Alicanti to apartment or 20 mins from Murcia. Car hire or pickup/dropoff . ( the latter can be arranged via keyholder at a very competitive rate).

There is a shortcut to the large Saturday market which is accessible via a gate into a ravine that borders the development you can go across this area at your own risk ( most of the residents use this short cut which only takes 2-3 minutes to get to the market or 7-10 minutes to walk. )

A £50 deposit is payable to secure the booking , Which is returned after your stay subject to agents inspection for damage/breakage. The full amount of the rental period is payable six weeks before your stay. I would advise that all people staying at the apartment take out a fully comprehensive insurance to cover the period of there stay, as i cannot be held responsable for injurys-damage-loss-delays-cancellations etc.

At the moment theres one rate throughout the year, which may change without notice at the owners discretion.

.A £50 deposit, payable to secure the booking, This amount will be refunded back to you after your return, ( subject to agents inspection on vacation of apartment for damage/breakage ). There is a 45 Euro charge for cleaning/change over paid to my agent/key holder ( paid direct to them on day of departure ).
