This first floor King size luxury apartment is located in Panorama Park on the exclusive beachside complex of Senorio de Punta Prima. Set in beautiful tropical gardens with two outdoor swimming pools and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach (200 metres). The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard with everything you need to make your holiday comfortable. Punta Prima's restaurants and bars are within a few minutes walk away. For golf lovers there are many major golf courses in the area including Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, all within a 10 to 15 min drive. The nearby town of Torrevieja is just 3 kms and can be accessed via a regular bus service if you don't wish to hire a car. In short, there is something for everyone.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Alicante Province is renowned for its long, sandy, beaches many of which have won a blue flag award for cleanliness and safety. The area itself enjoys a superb year round climate with around 300 days of sunshine a year. The salt lakes in the area provide a micro climate making this one of the healthiest regions in Spain. The major cities of Alicante and Murcia offer a wealth of culture, history and architecture together with a wide variety of restaurants, tapas bars and shops.

Torrevieja area

Punta Prima is a beach resort close to the larger town of Torrevieja, just 40 minutes drive from Alicante Airport or 20 minutes drive from Murcia Airport. You can tailor your ideal holiday as there is something in the area for everyone. A Water Park is only a short drive away. Local markets are in different nearby village every day of the week. There is also a bowling alley and Casino in the main town or you can simply enjoy a leisurely stroll along the paseo. If you like the countryside there are plenty of rural walks, wildlife in abundance and horse riding facilities. If golf is your favourite, then you won't be disappointed with many professional standard gold courses within less than a 15 minute drive away.

Further details indoors:
Larger than average, the apartment is finished to a high standard. Although modern, it has a rustic Spanish charm with double wooden shutters to the patio doors both to the living area and bedroom. Both rooms lead onto a private balcony with table and chairs for outdoor dining/relaxing. The bathroom has twin sinks, a bath with shower over and a separate walk in shower . If you wish to cook there is a full size working kitchen with marble worktops, 4 ring hob, grill, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. It also has air conditioning/heating throughout. Perfect for couples or singles, the bedroom has large twin beds. Two further beds are available for young children and a cot can be hired from the owner on request.

Two outdoor swimming pools are available year round. CCTV is located in all communal outside areas. There is also 24 hour security on site. An entry phone system is operated inside the apartment. A regular daily bus service into Torrevieja is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Conditions

We had a fantastic holiday at Panorama Park. Everything we needed was made available and although the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful, if we wanted to we only had a short walk to local bars and restaurants at Punta Prima so we didn't feel a car was necessaary at all. There was even a regular bus into nearby Torrevieja.
