This is the first season Casa Beka has been available for rental. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do for holidays and golf outings.
It's a Spacious and Airy 2 Bedroom House (King and Twin rooms). Furnished to a very high standard to ensure your maximum comfort with all Mod Cons and More, Full Kitchen, Bathroom with bath & Shower, Kingsize Master Room with doors to private roof terrace with Awning, loungers, shower and Patio furniture.
Tiled Garden area and further furnished Patio, plenty ourdoor space for BBQ,s and Kids. Gated and Private Communal Swimming Pool just yards from the house. Very Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and two children with use of Travel Cot and Spare foldaway bed for 2nd child. A real Home away from Home.
There is Sat TV - all the best for soaps, movies, sport & cartoons, DVD and CD player in the lounge with various new movies and CD,s for your enjoyment. There is a further TV and DVD player in the Master Bedroom and a CD player in the Twin Room. The BBQ is located in the Garden Shed, a key for this will be available to you.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca has become a world-renowned tourist destination for sun lovers. The Costa Blanca enjoys approximately 325 sunny days each year. Many people are also choosing to live on the Costa Blanca due to the excellent all-year round weather conditions and facilities making the area a fantastic choice any time of the year.
Within a few minutes walk you will find a great selection of Bars, Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank etc. This part of Spain is made up of "Commercial Centres", many within a 10 min walk, these again house shops, rests, bars etc etc. You can walk to the nearest beach - 20 mins and the Cabo Roig "Strip" is also within a 20-30 min walk or just 7 mins by taxi/car. Further a field, I would recommend visiting Villamartin Plaza and Torrevieja Town. Both again less than 10 mins by taxi/car.
Definitely visit the Playa Flamenca Saturday Market - on your doorstep. Its one of the largest outdoor markets in Costa Blana and great for all your holiday pressies, also sells clothes, shoes, bags, belts, fruit, veg etc etc. The whole area is a superb choice for holiday, it offers the peace and quiet when you want it or the husstle and busstle of beach and town life.
Torrevieja area / La Florida area
ON YOUR DOORSTEP: Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Zenia & Cabo Roig, La Mata. La Florida is a residential area. The area on the whole is known as the Orihuela Costa. All area above offer their own shops, bars & restaurants and are within a 5 min taxi ride or a 20 min stroll. Each area have thier own beaches and make for a fabulous walk from one to another.
Playa Flamenca is so close, you can walk round a few corners, and you are at the main "Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre" which has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Or take a short taxi ride to Villamartin Commercial Centre again plenty choice here, lovely bars and frequented by the golfing fraternity.
Further a field, a visit to the old towns of Torrevieja, Orihuela, Murcia, or Elche with its palm groves, is highly recommended. Alicante also is well worth a visit - to shop or wander around the marina. The theme park, Terra Mitica, is approximately an hour's drive away. Closer still you can visit the towns of Pilar de la Horadada, San Miguel, Guadamar del Segura.
There are two large natural salt lakes around Torrevieja which have been attributed to the area's reputation as one of the Healthiest places in the world to live. The local mud baths are a popular spot for locals and visitors alike looking to alleviate their aches and pains!
Torrevieja is an attractive town and has preserved its unique charm and character; take an early evening stroll along the promenade before calling at one of the many cafes, bars, tapas bars or restaurants for a meal or drink. There is a fabulous beach front market held here most nights during the year, definitely on Fridays when the park opens with shows and rides for the kids.
How to get there
Murcia (San Javier) or Alicante Airports.
Muricia in 20 mins from House and Alicante is 35 mins.
Both airports are served by many low cost airlines from the UK including Jet2.com, Flyglobespan.comm EasyJet.com, Ryanair.com, Monarch & BMI.
There are many car hire companies available online if you wish to have a car.

Further details indoors: The House is situated in the peaceful residential area of La Florida, a well established community with its own supermarket, bank, restaurants and bars. Being a corner house there is a large & beautifully tiled garden to the front which is ideal for either off street parking or ideal for giving the kids somewhere to play with their paddling pool/toys.
There is also a swing park less than a minute away. The house sits on a corner with a car free walk way in the direction of shops, bars etc all within a few min walk. The Abbey Tavern is fabulous for adults and kids alike, they often have live bands and other great entertainment for all the family. The Emerald Isle Complex is another on your doorstep that houses a large pool, soft play and park. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and entertainment are on offer throughout the Summer & Winter.
Residents from all over Europe live in La Florida all year round, making this an ideal place for families and couples alike. There is always someone around if you need assistance or directions.
Further details outdoors: The large tiled garden has a covered furnished patio area and is accessed by two sets of gates which can be locked if you have small children making the garden a completely safe area for your kids to play for hours whilst you read a good book!
The Roof Terrace is a fabulous space for catching the rays or just relaxing. The view overlooks the palm trees and roof tops of La Florida, a flat and very low rise area of Spain! You can even see the sea a few miles away.
Further details
A non refundale deposit payment of 20% of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking. Thereafter the balance payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations within 6 weeks of arrival date the total rental cost is payable at time of booking.
A refundable breakage deposit of £100 pounds is required with balance payment.
Any breakages or accidental damage must be reported during your stay.
