This ground floor apartment, has a large porch and garden area, the lounge and dining area is light and airy, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, a kitchen and utility area. you are situated within a small community, this has private parking and a large pool area, there are plenty of walks available, down towards the salt lakes.
You have Torrevieja within a short bus ride with it`s many attractions and beaches( the bus stop is a 5 min walk from the property). This property offers the best of both worlds, quiet and peacefull, yet within easy reach of beaches and golf courses, and bars and restaurants as well.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca region is Spain´s premier Costa with miles of golden sandy beaches and a year round temperate climate. Many visitors visit the myriad of resorts present in this region every year. Besides being popular with those that want to relax and enjoy the many sandy beaches, the area is also popular with those that enjoy many outdoor pursuits including walking, cycling, and different watersports.
Torrevieja area / Los Balcones area
Area has an abundance of quality shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants. Two marinas, promenade and a weekly street market. The Habeneras shopping complex also has a great mix of bars, shops and restaurants plus the Carrefour hypermarket is close by.
The area is surrounded by natural lagoons and salt lakes. To the south the beaches are made up of sandy coves and to the north there are miles of golden sandy beaches. Some beaches have children's play areas and volleyball facilities. The area also has an aqua park (which opens May - Oct ), Jet skiing ( summer only ), Horse riding, go-karting and three golf courses nearby ( the nearest within a 5 min drive ).
There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance of the apartment. Punta Prima beach is a 5 minute drive away. There are several other blue flag beaches within a 10 minute drive ie La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Daily flights from all UK airports via Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet 2, BMI baby, Thomsonfly.
Transfer time from Alicante : 40 minutes, Murcia ( San Javier ) . 25 mins
Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged through owner.
