A spacious 5 bedroom,3 bathroom house sleeping up to 12 persons. Situated in the resort of Playa Flamenca with private terraces and two communal pools, close to super Blue Flag beach. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the Via Park and Flamenca Beach developments to suit all tastes within 10 minutes walk. Ideal for golf enthusiasts with 3 courses within 15 minutes drive including Villamartin championship course. There are also supermarkets and banks nearby.
The house is situated about 35 minutes from Alicante and Murcia airports. Airport transfers available through management company. We believe our house has the lowest rates for a 5 bedroom house within walking distance of the beach on the Costa Blanca. We offer to match the advertised rates of any similar property.

On the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom, and lounge with patio doors leading to BBQ terrace. On the first floor there is the main lounge/dining area, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. On the second floor there is 1 three single bedded bedroom & 1 family room with 1 double & 1 single, both with balconies and main a bathroom.

The rear terrace houses a built in BBQ. From the main lounge the front door opens onto a very sunny terrace and garden and the front gate is 20 metres from the main pool. The second pool is 50 metres walk. To the rear of the house is parking for 2 vehicles.

All children under 12 must be supervised in the pool area.
The area is mainly residential, so please be respectful of this and if returning late at night, keep the noise level to a minimum.
Conditions
£150 per week deposit is payable to secure reservation with balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. 120.00 Euros cleaning/laundry charge payable on arrival. £200.00 returnable
security deposit to be paid to our managers in Spain on arrival and returned to you on departure, subject to no damage/breakages/excessive cleaning requirements.
PLEASE NOTE, Air conditioning is on a pay card meter.
MID STAY CLEANS: Full clean 120.00 euros. Change of all bedding 50.00 euros,

Playa Flamenca is primarily a residential resort and is ideally suited to family holidays. Beach,banks,supermarkets,bars and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walk. All local beaches have been awarded Blue Flag status for facilities.
The Torrevieja Area / Playa Flamenca area
The nearby town of Torrevieja is a traditional Spanish fishing town with restaurants, market and fun fair on the waterfront. An ideal location for golf enthusiasts. There is an excellent horse riding school nearby.

This was a late booking due to being let down on similar accommodation. The owner was quick to respond to both my initial enquiry and subsequent e-mail questions. The villa is relatively easy to find and located close to an Irish bar (but not too close to be disturbed at night) and a Chinese Restaurant. It has parking for one car, although there were plenty of spaces available in the side streets. Split across 3 floors, it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I think there were 10 separate beds, so ideal for an all male golfing party of 9. The villa was clean and tidy on arrival, with all towels, bed linen and tea towels provided. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of cutlery and crockery, a good size fridge freezer, microwave, otaster and kettle. The main lounge has a dining table that is big enough to comfortably seat 8, which there are two sofas. There is a second lounge / den in the basement. The owner arranged a welcome pack for us - providing exactly what we had requested. They also only charged us for the exact price i.e. the supermarket receipt was provided and we paid the exact money. We also were given 3 sets of door keys - really useful Apart from the Irish bar 2 minutes walk up the road, a commercial 'centre' was about 10 minutes walk away. Plenty more bars and restaurants to choose from. All in all a great choice for a large group. For a group on a golfing holiday, it was perfect! |
