A spacious 5 bedroom,3 bathroom house sleeping up to 12 persons. Situated in the resort of Playa Flamenca with private terraces and two communal pools, close to super Blue Flag beach. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the Via Park and Flamenca Beach developments to suit all tastes within 10 minutes walk. Ideal for golf enthusiasts with 3 courses within 15 minutes drive including Villamartin championship course. There are also supermarkets and banks nearby. The house is situated about 35 minutes from Alicante and Murcia airports. Airport transfers available through management company. We believe our house has the lowest rates for a 5 bedroom house within walking distance of the beach on the Costa Blanca. We offer to match the advertised rates of any similar property.

Playa Flamenca is primarily a residential resort and is ideally suited to family holidays. Beach,banks,supermarkets,bars and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walk. All local beaches have been awarded Blue Flag status for facilities.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
The nearby town of Torrevieja is a traditional Spanish fishing town with restaurants, market and fun fair on the waterfront. An ideal location for golf enthusiasts. There is an excellent horse riding school nearby.

Cheap flights available from Easyjet.com to Alicante or Ryanair.com to Murcia from several regional UK airports. Beach,banks,supermarkets,50+ bars and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walk. Airport transfers available through our management company. A vehicle will obviously enhance your holiday but it is not essential.

Further details indoors: On the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom, and lounge with patio doors leading to BBQ terrace. On the first floor there is the main lounge/dining area, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. On the second floor there is 1 three single bedded bedroom & 1 family room with 1 double & 1 single, both with balconies and main a bathroom.
Further details outdoors: The rear terrace houses a built in BBQ. From the main lounge the front door opens onto a very sunny terrace and garden and the front gate is 20 metres from the main pool. The second pool is 50 metres walk. To the rear of the house is parking for 2 vehicles.

All children under 12 must be supervised in the pool area. DISCOUNT GOLF BOOKINGS : We can book your requirements at all local golf courses. Current rates in Euros : Campoamor-45/La Finca-67.50/Las Ramblas-40.50/Villamartin-54. All of these courses are within 15 minutes of house. Please contact us for all inclusive (house rental,golf and transport) at the most competitive rates.
Conditions
£150 per week deposit is payable to secure reservation with balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. 120.00 Euros cleaning/laundry charge payable on arrival. £200.00 returnable security deposit to be paid with final balance. Security deposit will be returned to your bank account, subject to no damage/breakages/excessive cleaning requirements. PLEASE NOTE, Air conditioning is on a pay card meter. MID STAY CLEANS: Full clean 120.00 euros. Change of all bedding 50.00 euros, Welcome packs available to order, ready for your arrival. Airport transfers available through our management company.
