About the home

Luxuriously decorated and spacious penthouse. Two bedrooms, one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. All modern conveniences are provided, flatscreen TV with Free to Air Channells, DVD player, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The apartment is conveniently located close to amenities such as 20 restaurants, bars, shops and swimming pools, with a fabulous view and balcony on which to relax while enjoying a glass of wine. There is private underground parking, lift access and 24 hour security. 6 Beautiful swimming pools exist on the resort for your enjoyment. Some pools are heated in cold weather. The apartment is heated throughout in a cold snap and air conditioned in the heat waves. There is a childrens' playground 100 away. Buses and taxis are cheap to get to the city centre that is 3 miles away. 4 super beaches walkable from the penthouse. Aldi, Lidl and multiple shops are in the village of Punta Prima.

The Torrevieja area enjoys hot dry summers and mild winters, so is an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The area includes many fantastic beaches, and several golf courses in close proximity to the Punta Prima resort. Sporting activities within a short radius include tennis, horseriding and numerous watersports. The town of Torrevieja has a wide variety of shops and restaurants, with a busy marina, entertaining nightlife and constant activity.

The Penthouse Suite is located on the 5th Floor of La Entrada apartments in Punta Prima which is accessible by an elevator. Private parking is also at your convenience in the underground car park. The complex boasts several lovely swimming pools, beautiful landscaping and security surveillance.

The complex is centrally located in the village of Punta Prima giving you a selection of eateries, bars and shops. As you exit the complex, a two minute walk to your left will bring you into the heart of the village and if you turn right, a two minute walk will take you to the beach and promenade which is lovely for long walks in the evening. Directly across the road there is an English Pub and a Spanish bar which serves local cuisine.

Punta Prima boasts a new shopping centre with a large supermarket, pubs and restaurants. The village is located approximately 4 miles from the town of Torrevieja which is easily accessible by taxi or the local bus service.
There is truly something for everyone in the Punta Prima resort. Whether you prefer to relax by the swimming pools, enjoy adventurous watersports, play golf, spend hours looking for the perfect bargain, have a relaxing glass of wine on your balcony or dance the night away, you will find it here.

“Holiday was spoiled!” Our flight was delayed and because we were 4 hours late arriving at the apartment there was no one to let us in. I had spoke to Una (the lady who was due to meet us) from the airport before leaving and she was very abrupt stating that she couldn't meet us and that we would need to stay in a hotel for the first night. I did suggest collecting the keys from a suitable alternative but she refused to help us out. We therefore incurred an extra charge of £170 for a room in a hotel for one night. I understand the delayed flight had nothing to do with the villa owner but my advise is - ONLY book this apartment if you are guaranteed to be there at the arranged time. I believe the company failed in providing a back up plan for the original plan - I'm sure we were not on the first delayed flight and it won't be the last. The most annoying part was the owner sent an email the next morning which I didn't get until I came home offering a full refund if we wanted to stay somewhere else for the week but yet wouldn't pay any of the hotel cost - he knew exactly what he was doing - we would have nowhere to stay if we had accepted the refund so he knew we weren't going to take it! Don't be fooled by champagne on arrival - it's cheap wine and beer! The whole incident ruined our holiday and made it very expensive. The apartment was fine but the holiday was spoiled - just be careful and make sure you make arrangements if your flight may be late.
