Local amenities include well-stocked supermarket with english brands, Bars with entertainment/restaurants, all within easy walking distance. A short drive will take you to many more bars/restaurants/shops along N332 (main road). Torrevieja is a short drive away and has numerous bars/shops/restaurants including marina and nightly craft market.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca 'White Coast' is situated between the two other well known areas of Costa Brava to the north and Costa del Sol to the south and is within the region of Valencia.

The coast, protected by the Crevillente mountains to the west and the warm Mediterranean sea on its eastern shores gives the Costa Blanca a perfect winter climate and produces excellent conditions for its agriculture which includes world famous Valencian oranges and lemons. The area is also famous for its seafood and fish which is landed daily at the local ports including Torrevieja amongst others.

Alicante, the capital of the province, is a beautiful elegant city with a modern harbour development of sophisticated restaurants and bars built around a marina.


Torrevieja area / La Florida area

Torrevieja translated is 'old' or 'ancient tower' which is to be found on the north side of the town overlooking the sea, originally a moorish defence and now a popular place for photographs with the blue mediterranean as a backdrop.

Torrevieja is a truly spanish town just 30-40 minutes drive from 2 airports. This is the area wher spanish people take their holidays and many buy a second home. This is one of the healthiest places in the world (according to the World Health organisation) this is down to the 2 natural salt lakes which are very benficial for those people with chest problems, arthritis, rheumatism etc.

People will tell you that 'there are not enough hours in the day' there is so much to do including 4 local golf courses, bowls, sailing, scuba diving, tennis, beach watersports and nightlife into the small hours.

The beaches carry the European blue flag ensuring pollution free bathing. Walking is a delight either along the long sandy beaches or around the conservation area surrounding the salt lakes.

Maybe you prefer to relax with a glass of wine and some tapas outside one of the hundreds of bars and restaurants. Torrevieja boasts one of the largest street markets in the area - markets can be found on every day of the week in the local area. Each evening there is a craft market in the town close to the port.

It is said that every day of the year there is a Fiesta somewhere in Spain - these spectacular parades start in the evening and finish around midnight.

Cleaning Costs 45 euros (for end of rental cleaning) and 10 euros for meet and greet with the keys for arrivals between 8am and 10pm and 20 euros outside of these hours, this is payable on collection of keys at start of rental.

We can accept payment by cheque or bank transfer in GBP sterling.

Non refundable deposit of £100 to secure booking (payable by cheque) balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. If booking within 8 weeks of departure then full amount to be paid at time.

The security deposit is £100 which is returnable when the house has been checked at the end of the rental. This deposit is at the owners discretion.
