This is a modern Town House that has been furnished to a high standard with a communal pool which overlooks the local Salt Lake famous for its salt production.
The house consists of 1 double bedroom with balcony & table where you can enjoy the sights whilst dining. Also a twin and a single bedroom with an extra fold up bed.
Nearby there are various Beaches such as La Mata, Los Locos, Guadamar and Los Friagos, all a short distance away. Torrevieja has a lively Town centre with Beaches, Bars, Restaurants and a funfair. There is a market which sells quality leather goods,Gifts Jewellery etc. The property is within walking distance of Local Bars shops and restaurants. However there is a bus stop 100meters from the house and also car rental available nearby, although the local bus service is reasonably priced at 1 euro.

The area boasts a wealth of nature reserves museums parks and promenades ,La Mata Torrevieja nature reserve and lagoons covers 3700 hectares.The climate is said to be the dryest, sunniest in Spain with a peak average temperature of 32 degrees and lowest average temperature of 16 degrees .
Torrevieja area
Many local markets Monday/Santa Pola, Tuesday/Orihuela, Wednesday/La Mata, Thursday/Rojales Friday/Torrevieja, Saturday/Playa Flamenca, Sunday/Zoco near Quesada.
Festivals take place every month here are a few.......July election of the queen of the salt , August coronation of the queen of the salt , October torre la mata festivities, December festivities in honour of the immaculate conception. However if you would like to venture, the well known city of Alicante is just 50km West of Torrevieja.
How to get there
Ryanair, Flybe, Easyjet, Monarch and British Airways, are the most popular airlines flying in and out of Alicante airport, which is 30 minutes from the property. Also, Murcia airport is 35 minutes away from the property. Most airlines fly 3 times a day. All major car hire companies at both airports, costs from £8 per day. Local buses into Torrevieja 5 mins away, and run every 15 mins, at a cost of just 1 euro. Taxi's are approx 5 euros.

Further details indoors: There is a closed patio area with table and chairs also a garden table and chairs .the living/dining room also seats four so plenty of room for entertaining.The double bedroom has a balcony with seating area for 2 . Good to relax and have your breakfast looking at the salt lake. Certain times of the year flamingos visit the lake.
