CASA BENITO (apartment)

Home description

The apartment is 2 years old and comfortably furnished it has a large fridgfreezer and washing machine and satilite televison which gets all the english channels. It has 2 bedrooms 1 double and one twin with wardrobe space in both. We have a very large roof terrace with gazabo and sunbeds table and chairs for your convenience, it has wonderful view across to the sea from here. There are bars and restaurants in the near vicinity and the Emerald Isle Club with Swimming pool and bowling greens 5mins away.There are some very good golf courses just 10 minutes drive away at Villa Martin. There is a small complex within 5 mins walk from the apartment Via Park which has Indian and Chinese and good English Restaurants which we recommend

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The area is mostly flat for easy walking for the 'not so young' the town of Torreveija is small town in relation to most holiday resorts it not a tourist Town you will not see it advertised in any holiday brochure it has 3 very sandy and safe beaches a harbour which you can take a boat trip, there is some diso's but not many. We recommend a trip into Alicante this is lovely town which take in the old and new. You can also get bus trips to Benidorm although by car this is only 1 hour away on the new motorway.

Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area

Within in a very short walk from the apartment at The Emerald Isle you will find entertainment every evening. they have line dancing classes on Friday and all are welcome. At the newVia Park just a very short walk away there is entertainment at the Maddison Bar at the weekends and sport on the big screen during the week. Also a very good Chinese Restaurant and an Indian and a selection of very good bars.You will also find an English supermarket which stocks mosts of the brands you can get at home, and a Spud Murphy's which is excellent value we recommend them both

How to get there

Fly to Alicante airport easjet do cheap flights from Luton and mytravellit from Birmingham, flight time 2hrs 20 mins and then taxi or hire car to the apartment the owner can arrange for collection by car from the airport which is approx 35 minutes away. Car hire recommended is record car hire available from the airport

We do a special rate for long winter lets arranged by the owner, our preferred payment is sterling, but we will accept euros.

There is a returnable deposit of 100 euros per booking to offset any damage etc. I must stress that the majority of my clients are very considerate in my apartment Rental rates are at the disgrestion of the owners and can be assertained from the owners when enquiring regarding a booking.
