Located in the peaceful and secure residential area of Playa Flamenca, our lovely top (3rd) floor apartment offers well appointed accommodation close to the many local amenities and just a 5 min drive to the nearest beach. The private balcony looks out over the large communal pool surrounded by palm trees and a garden area and just one flight of stairs away is the roof-top solarium – perfect for catching the best of the sun. The apartment block also has ramp and lift access for wheelchair users.
Ideal for quiet relaxing holidays, golfing or longer stays, the airconditioned apartment has two bathrooms (1 en-suite) and two bedrooms (1 double and one twin), an open plan lounge/diner as well as a fully equipped American style kitchen. All rooms have ceiling fans and the extending lounge table will comfortably seat 6. The double bedroom has a built-in double wardrobe and incorporates an en-suite shower room with toilet and hand basin. The second bathroom is adjacent to the twin bedroom having a bath with shower above, a toilet, hand basin and bidet. In the lounge area there is a 3-seater and a 2-seater settee. The Cable TV has English Channels with some Sky channels including sport and films. Off from the lounge, the large patio doors lead out to the balcony where there is a table and 6 chairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of Spain has an average of 320 sunny days per year and excellent all year round temperatures. The pure air and dry climate and the wholesome effect of the saltwater lakes has resulted in the region being recently identified as one of the healthiest areas in the whole of Europe.
Just a short drive inland you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon from the thousands of acres of fruit groves. A little further inland you can find many traditional Spanish style villages nestled amongst the scenic mountains. Their whitewash walls and narrow streets are alive with the Spanish culture and spirit.
The many activities available in the area include horse riding, hiking, fishing and various watersports. Tennis, gym, sauna, and go-karting are all nearby.
Benidorm is approx one and a half hours drive away, with its numerous attractions, which include Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Animal Park.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
The local amenities are just a five minute walk away and offer a choice of bars, restaurants and shops to cater for all tastes. Slightly further afield the local commercial centre has a wider selection including excellent Spanish, French, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, English, Scottish, and Irish restaurants. Several supermarkets and other shops are also close by. On a Saturday there is a large street market which is worth a visit.
Playa Flamenca is just 10 minutes drive from the nearest town, Torrevieja and its many shops, cafes, bars, beautiful sandy beaches, coves and secluded inlets. Torrevieja is approximately 45 km south of Alicante next to the crystal clear waters of Spains Costa Blanca and surrounded by two large natural saltwater lakes.
Together with the inexpensive flights to either one of its airports, Alicante or Murcia (approx 40 mins and 25 mins by car, respectively), this area of Spain is fast becoming Europe’s most popular all year round golfing and beach holiday destination. The attractive sea front is a string of inlets, blue flag beaches of golden sand, well-cared for residential districts, numerous street markets and two quiet marinas. There is a spectacular coastline path which links many of these.
The beaches are not the only attraction the area has to offer. If you are a golf enthusiast there are three 18 hole Championship Golf Courses (Real Club de Golf de Campoamor, Club de Golf Las Ramblas and Club de Golf Villamartin) within a radius of 3 km, All three are excellent golf courses of international prestige.
How to get there
AIRPORTS:
The apartment is located approx 20 mins from MURCIA and 45 mins from ALICANTE. More detailed directions on booking. Cheap flights are available from Jet2, Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch and other airports from around the country. VALENCIA airport is approx 2.5 hrs drive, but often has v cheap flights with Ryanair
CAR HIRE:
Car hire is not essential but recommended, three good sites to try are www.carjet.com, www.holidayautos.com and www.es-car-hire.com.
We can arrange a pickup by a local (English) taxi driver who is fully insured to carry passengers. (Murcia - 35 Euros each way, Alicanti - 45 Euros each way). Please ask when booking.

HOW TO BOOK
A non-refundable booking deposit of £75 per week is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment by bank transfer in Euros to Spanish bank account is preferred.
A Security Deposit of £75 is payable in advance. This will be returned subject to no damage, loss of keys or excessive cleaning being required.
In addition to the rental charges there is a cleaning and laundry charge of 50 Euros, payable locally on your departure.
A welcome pack is available for 15 Euros. This should be booked in advance but is payable upon arrival. The pack consists of : Water, Milk, Sugar, Fruit Juice, Bread, Butter, Loo Roll, Tea Bags, Coffee and Eggs.
Bath and Hand towels are supplied but not Beach towels. Please bring your own towels for use around the pool or at the beach.
Sorry, but smoking or pets are NOT permitted.
