Villa Ghoffar offers a sun soaked location throughout the day and is set in it's own private grounds just a short walk from the local shops, restaurants and bars. The spacious accommodation is ideal for both groups or family holidays and has a large air conditioned living room with cable TV, dining room with table and chairs for more formal dining and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two double bedrooms one with air conditioning and en-suite shower room, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower above the bath. The landscaped grounds offers large lemon and orange trees along with a gravelled area for badminton and bowls etc.

The private pool is ideal for both adults and children alike and is overlooked by the large terrace/sun bathing area so you can keep your eye on the children while they have fun in the water and you top up your tan. The terrace is ideal for sunbathing as it catches the sun all day long and you can watch the beautiful sunset over La Siesta while you enjoy the chance to have a BBQ or enjoy your own cooking from the well equipped kitchen.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Torrevieja is renowned for it's excellent healthy climatic conditions and extensive coastline, together with the friendly and welcoming character of its inhabitants it has turned it into one of the main tourist destinations of Spain.

Street markets are very popular in Torrevieja and the surrounding villages they have a real arab-style market atmosphere and have achieved great popularity amongst the Spanish and the thousands of Europeans that visit Torrevieja.

All the attractions of Benedorm are within easy reach, just a 1 hour drive or you can take advantage of the many coach trips that run regulary to the area.

Torrevieja area / La Siesta area

The beaches are just a short 3 Km (approx) drive. They have good access and are well signposted, with fine, white sand and signs to indicate the services they provide such as showers, foot washers, children's play area, lifeguards, security and special areas for relaxation. Between each beach there are a number of coves where you can enjoy bathing and diving in a more peaceful environment. The wealth of beaches also provide various activities such as Jet Skiing along with variety of wreck and reef diving just off the coast.

For those of you requiring more sports activities there are three Golf Courses including Villa Martin along with many tennis courts and some excellent Go-Kart tracks just a short drive way. All this and I haven't even mentioned the stunning Water and Safari Parks nearby and the large fun fair in Torrevieja itself.

Amongst Torrevieja's many attractions as a Mediterranean tourist centre, is its superb food, which nowadays combines traditional dishes with "new cuisine", and which can be found in most of the town's restaurants. The local bars and restaurants in La Siesta itself also offer the traditional Spanish fayre mixed with some more familiar dishes for those less adventurous.

If it's culture your looking for, Torrevieja offers its visitors a wide range of music concert programmes, theatre performances, exhibitions, choral recitals, competitions of international prestige within its winter, spring, summer and autumn cultural programmes. The local festivals are also a must see. Ranging from the New Years Day and Procession of the Three Kings in January to the Festivals of San Emigdio and de Barrios in honour of tourists in August to name just few.

There is also a wealth of sports in the area, whether you wish to fish off the rocks along the seafront or enjoy freshwater angling the chioce is yours in Torrevieja. The wealth of beaches also provide various activities such as Jet Skiing etc. For those of you requiring the faster sports there is also many excellent Go-Kart tracks just a short drive way.

NB.Guests are advised to purchase accident and holiday cancellation insurance as we are unable to offer refunds.

Conditions

* Deposit of 25% is payable upon confirmation of booking, balance eight weeks prior to your arrival day.
* A 'security deposit' against breakages, of £150 is payable on payment of final balance. Subject to property inspection and there have been no breakages, we will then refund this security deposit within 14
days of your return.
* Linen is included for a one week stay, if linen is required for a second week , a local charge of 5 €uros per
person is payable upon arrival to the the propert manager. This needs to be arranged at time of booking.

Payment via cheque or postal order are agreeable, however when paying by cheque please take clearance time into account of a week extra when payment is due 8 weeks prior to trip.
