It is our aim to ensure your stay at La Yuka is a memorable one. Villa La Yuka is situated in a very select area and just a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants, bars supermarkets, and just a few minutes drive from probably some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Torrevieja and Guardamar, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with sports activities and treasure hunts for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double bedrooms both with en suite, and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, private, secure and safe, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Villa La Yuka is ideally situated just a short drive away and between Torrevieja and Guardamar Del Segura, and with 340 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 20 degrees. Torrevieja's biggest attraction is without doubt its seafront. The promenade, the marina, the fine sandy beaches and nemerous rocky coves provide somthing for everyone - the sports enthusiasts, the sun worshippers, the people watchers and the nature lovers.Located next to the mouth of the River Segura, Guardamar overlooks a long beach bordered by a large expanse of sand dunes covered with pines and eucalyptus. The setting is one of the most unique scenes in the Land of Valencia, with an original combination of extensive coastal dunes protected by a verdant forest, fertile fields and orchards and the omnipresent beach and the Mediterranean sea. The forest parkland of the Dunas de Guardamar, with over 800 hectares running parallel to the coast, is a wonder in a class of its own
Torrevieja area / La Siesta area
Within walking distance from Villa La Yuka you will find all the ameneties you need, excellent retaurants, shops bars and supermarkets. Just a few minutes walk is an aquapark, a must for the kids. The salt lakes of Torrevieja are also just a few minutes walk. The salt water lakes absorb water from the atmosphere and create a special microclimate which is widely regarded to be beneficial for sufferers of rheumatism, asthma, bronchitis and other respiratory problems. There are mud baths and various health treatments available locally - and you don't have to be unwell to benefit from them! The port area of Torrevieja is home to a splendid modern marina, where you'll find two diving centres, a sailing school and two boat charter companies. A full range of watersports are on offer including windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling, water skiing, fishing and scuba diving. The marinas are also the perfect place to quench your thirst and sate your appetite at one of the many restaurants which pepper the seafront

Fly to Alicante or Murcia - Villa La Yuka is just 30 minutes drive from either of these airports. Take advantage of our own airport transfers, special rates for our guests. Cheap flights available from Easyjet, Ryanair, Bmibaby, to Alicante and Murcia airports. Car hire available from www.dickmannscarhire.com. Special rates and conditions for our guests ie no excess, QUOTE agency 47 Local buses run regularly between the major towns and beaches of Torrevieja and Guardamar Del Segura. Our shuttle service is always available - fare should be no more than 20 euros for around trip.

Entering the villa from the rear terrace you will come in to a large modern kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Utility room with Washer/dryer - iron & ironing board. and feature archway into a very spacious lounge with two sofas, feature fireplace, TV + full satellite package with 32 channels, video, radio, and fully air conditioned/heating. There are three spacious double ground floor bedrooms two with en suite bathrooms; all have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. There is also a large ground floor bathroom with walk in shower, toilet & wash basin. The master bedroom has double doors open on to the large sun terrace leading to an 8X4 private swimming pool, very large solarium, with table, chairs + sun loungers. All bed linen and towels are provided. Separate towels for use by the pool or on the beach.
Further details outdoors: The garden is around a quarter of an acre and as ample areas for sun bathing. The huge solarium has sun all day. The terrace at the front of the house is ideal for dining in the evenings. The private pool gets sun all day, and we have introduced games and activities for the young and the more mature ( young at heart)

You made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for you both, and thank you for the champaign arrival. You are a very fortunate couple to be living in such a beautiful part of Spain and you have such lovely neighbors. " VILLA LA YUKA 26/5/08 TO 03/06/08 TOP CLASS VILLA WITH GARRY WHO DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE OUR STAY GREAT , CLEAN VERY TIDY INSIDE AND A FAB POOL THAT WE HAD MANY HOURS OF FUN IN. YOU NEED A CAR TO GO TO THE BEACH AND SOME OF THE OTHER ATTRACTIONS BUT ITS ONLY 10 MINS AWAY FROM MOST THINGS. EATING OUT WE FOUND THE CHINESE BUFFET TASTY AND THE BEST FOOD WAS FROM HOGGIES BAR ALL WITH IN A FEW MINUTE WALK . WILL BOOK AGAIN SOON WHEN I SAVE SOME MORE PENNIES. "Hi Gary and Sue We cant thank you enough for our fabulous stay at La Yuka! It far exceeded our expectations! We had the best time. It is difficult when holidaying with little ones, but everything was to hand, the villa was well stocked with everything you could imagine!! Gary was always at the end of the phone, and nothing was too much trouble, we happened to mention that we were thinking of hiring a pushchair, as we had left ours at home like fools, but no sooner had we said it, Gary and Sue turned up with a brand new Graco pushchair for the villa and our use!! The description of the property and photos do the place no justice. There is a lovely split level roof terrace, an outside loo, an outside bar and beautiful BBQ area, the pool is stunning (and well kept) the grounds are gorgeous, the villa is secure (also a worry with little ones) the kitchen is fab and stocked with every herb and spice imaginable, the lounge is really spacious (there were 8 of us staying, and not once did it feel crowded) and the bedrooms were just lovely. cannot recommend this place enough. Perfect villa, perfect holiday, perfect weather, just perfect all round!! We will return........
