This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated on phase 7 of the popular La Cinuelica development at Los Altos which is located 10 mins drive from Torrevieja town, 40 mins drive from Alicante airport and 30 mins from Murcia airport. large south facing patio, with sunblind, which overlooks the communal pool.

The property has a main bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, galleria, living/dining area, large south facing patio which overlooks the communal pool. The apartment has full hot and cold air conditioning which is included in the rental price.

On entering the property you have the living/dining room with a 3 seater sofa, armchair 2 coffee tables, wooden dining table and 4 chairs, mirror, chest of drawers, 2 ceiling fan lights, radio/cassette player, Television, English TV channels, 3 lamps, rug, clock, pictures, books, CD's.

At the rear of the dining room you have an archway which takes you into the fully tiled and fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, oven, sink, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils. There is a nice welcoming breeze through the apartment with the front and back doors open.

Leading off the kitchen, there is a glassed in galleria which provides additional kitchen working space and a hot water heater and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 4 drawers in each, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 lamps, pictures, pillows, stool, chair, 2 blankets and an electric blanket for the winter.

The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet, sink, vanity unit and mirror with lights.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, ceiling fan light, chest of 4 drawers, 4 pillows, fitted wardrobe, hangers, lamp, mirror, rug, chair, 2 blankets and 2 electric blankets for the winter.

The main bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror with lights, scales.

There is a communal pool with separate children's pool for you to enjoy, which is directly opposite the property.

There is an information pack giving full details of places in the surrounding area with local maps.

The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).

Non-smoking in the property. No pets.

Welcome pack available; tea, coffee, sugar, milk, 5 ltr bottle water, bottle white wine, butter, bread, eggs, jam - ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday only in the summer.

Additional items; ashtray (for outside use only), 4 beach chairs, 2 white easy chairs, pegs, clothes airer, cool box and ice blocks, 2 games, 2 heaters for the winter, hosepipe, iron and ironing board, parasol and base, patio table, 4 patio chairs, safe, 2 sunbeds, torch, laundry basket, 2 hot water bottles.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

Airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Directions will be e-mailed to you 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival.

If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

The Valenciana region

The Costa Blanca in Spain is renowned for its beautiful coastline and one of the healthiest places to live.

It has an excellent year round climate. The humidity is relatively low, and therefore ideal for sufferers of arthritis and other climatically influenced health problems.

The two salt lakes of Laguna de la Mata and the Salinas de San Miguel surrounding Torrevieja also help to create its fantastic climate. The high concentration of salt, together with the temperature forms a microclimate recommended by medical specialists the world over for its beneficial health properties in particular for heart disease, skin disorders, rheumatism and bronchial illness.

On average the area enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year and an average daily temperature of 17 degrees centigrade. Temperatures in July and August are typically 30 degrees centigrade. Many people prefer the months of April, May, June, September and October - ideal temperatures.

Torrevieja Area

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Several supermarkets including; Carrefour, Consum (2), Lidl, Aldi.

Nearest supermarket Consum at the Punta Marina commercial centre (approx 10 min walk).

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Indian restaurant, Los Lobos Bar. Several English bars, including O'Neills, The Bar Next Door, Welcome Inn, Lime Bar. The Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with more bars and restaurants.

Zeniamar Commercial Centre which is approx 10 min walk with Central Grill and Blarneystone pub.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi's Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini's Italian restaurant, Roberto's. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant. There is also a supermarket, Consum supermarket, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, petrol station and McDonalds.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda's for those requiring greater speed.

Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.

Driving distance from the property you have ….

Less than 5 mins drive (about 30 min walk) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops.

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
