This property is a 2 bedroom terraced townhouse located in the gated complex at Residencial La Cinuelica, R14 Los Altos.

There is a living/dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC, 2 bedrooms, enclosed balcony, bathroom, garden laid to patio, roof solarium, air conditioning throughout and communal pool.

Through the gate there is a tiled patio where you can use the sun loungers to sunbathe and a larger than average raised porch area ideal for al fresco dining.

The living/dining room has 2 sofas, sideboard, wooden coffee table, freestanding lamp, table lamp, large flat screen television with English TV channels and DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), pictures, cushions, wooden dining table and four chairs. The window looks out to the front of the property.

Wi-Fi is available if required at a small additional cost of £8.50 / €10 per week if required.

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria area which is enclosed.

There is a downstairs toilet with sink and mirror.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, pictures, 2 bedside lamps, long length mirror.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with drawers, bedside lamp, picture and mirror. There are patio doors that lead out onto the enclosed balcony with table and 2 chairs.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.

Carry on up the internal stairs and you have the private roof solarium ideal for sunbathing.

The property also has a 2 clothes airers, parasol, iron and ironing board.

The property has the use of a communal pool and gardens which is located close to the property.

Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided. Beach/pool towels available at an additional cost if required.

No smoking in the property. No pets. Smoking only permitted on the patio area in front of the property.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Parking is available on the road near the property.

Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival, so you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee or glass of wine on your arrival. Ideal especially for those late night or Sunday arrivals when the shops are not open.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

Airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Directions will be e-mailed to you 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival.

If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

The Valenciana region

The Costa Blanca in Spain is renowned for its beautiful coastline and one of the healthiest places to live.

It has an excellent year round climate. The humidity is relatively low, and therefore ideal for sufferers of arthritis and other climatically influenced health problems.

The two salt lakes of Laguna de la Mata and the Salinas de San Miguel surrounding Torrevieja also help to create its fantastic climate. The high concentration of salt, together with the temperature forms a microclimate recommended by medical specialists the world over for its beneficial health properties in particular for heart disease, skin disorders, rheumatism and bronchial illness.

On average the area enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year and an average daily temperature of 17 degrees centigrade. Temperatures in July and August are typically 30 degrees centigrade. Many people prefer the months of April, May, June, September and October - ideal temperatures.

Torrevieja Area

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Several supermarkets including; Carrefour, Consum (2), Lidl, Aldi.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, Zeniamar commercial centre with the Central Grill (sit down and take away meals) and Blarneystone pub are approx 5 mins walk.

The commercial complex Via Park 3 is about 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Indian restaurant, Los Lobos Bar and grill. Several English bars, including O'Neills, The Bar Next Door, Welcome Inn, Lime Bar. The Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with more English bars and restaurants.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, approx 10 mins walk, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi's Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini's Italian restaurant, Roberto's. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex, approx 10 min walk, you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant. There is also a Consum supermarket, Consum, Shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, card/newspaper shop, petrol station and McDonalds.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda's for those requiring greater speed.

Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.

Located at La Zenia (approx 25 min walk/short drive) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops.

Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
