We have the pleasure to present this lovely and modern villa in the seaside town of Torrevieja situated on the Mediterranean Coast between the cities of Murcia and Alicante with convenient flights from the UK to both airports. The house is a three bedroom / two bathroom property which sleeps up to seven people and is ideal for families who are searching for a relaxing break on the sunny Costa Blanca. The property also features two balconies and a roof terrace which can be used for socialising and suntanning. There is a large communal pool next to the house which is perfect for cooling down on those warm and lazy days. The pool can be seen from the roof terrace, balcony and downstairs bedroom.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The town of Torrevieja is a popular destination especially for holidaymakers from the UK and EU. The daytime temperature ranges from roughly 20 degrees Celsius in winter up to 40 degrees Celsius during the summer time.
Mar Menor near Murcia / La Manga has scuba diving, mud bathing and windsurfing. The area is quite impressive when seen from the air and reminiscent of the Palm Island development in Dubai.
The city of Alicante is an hour's drive away.
Cartegena is another picturesque nearby town.
Torrevieja area / Aguas Nuevas area
Outdoor activities include shopping at the nearby shopping centre, having fun in the waterslides of the nearby (8 minutes walk from the house) Aquopolis waterpark or spending time at the white sand La Matta beach with shallow water suitable for children. At the nearby leisure centre one can go bowling, play on the air hockey tables, play video games, go to the cinema or dine out in one of the many restaurants which offer foods catering for a variety of tastes. Nearby supermarkets include a LIDL and a huge CARREFOUR within 15 minutes walking distance from the house.
Torrevieja’s port area contains streetmarkets and many outdoor restaurants and cafes.

How to get there
The Mediterranean airports of Murcia and Alicante are about 2 hrs flight time away from London. The town of Torrevieja is approximately 35 minute's drive from Murcia and about one hour's drive from Alicante. Car hire is available at Alicante airport where one could shop around for the best deal or alternatively take a taxi to Torrevieja and shop around at local car hire shops where better deals may be on offer. Taxi fares from Alicante to Torrevieja are roughly 40 Euros and from Murcia to Torrevieja in the vicinity of 30 Euros.
It is also possible to take a ferry from Plymouth in the UK to Bilbao or Santander. The duration of the crossing is roughly 17 hours depending on sea conditions. There may be a 7 seater car for hire as part of a package with the house but please first confirm availability with us.

Further details indoors: The kitchen contains everything from a washing machine to a water jar, cuttlery, plates, coffee machine, cooker & oven and microwave. The lounge contains a sofa, an extendible dining table with 4 chairs, 3 cupboards with some adornments and a TV and a Music Centre. The upstairs master bedroom contains a double bed with a built in wallcloset and balcony. The upstairs children's bedroom contains a bunk bed and a single bed while the downstairs bedroom contains twin beds for two people. Windows have retractable sunblinds. The upstairs bathroom has a bath tub while the downstairs one contains a shower.
Further details outdoors: The exterior facilities include the communal pool next to the house, a communal car park and a single car parking space inside the property for 1 car and motorcycle. There is a veranda at the front entrance where it is possible to sit down and socialise or relax.
